Two groups I saw when I was young . Steel Pulse & Third World . The Later left a huge impression on me ( Third World ). They came to my Junior High ( St. Thomas V . I ) , and played live in the School Cafeteria . This was @ a time when they were huge . That said alot about them, and their way of giving back, to brighten, a bunch of kids day . Plenty a Respect to them .
First time I heard this song (96 Degrees in the Shade) was in 1990, Still I listen this song but never get the feeling and the vibe that original members made. Bunny Rugs had his sensational voice even in the studio or live. He brought a special feeling for every third world song. I miss his voice very much. And I totally missed Micheal Ibo Cooper fantastic key board rhythm. Pleasure to see still third world running.
these guys should try to take this to the next level, there is some real talent here in terms of reggae music. they may want to smoke the devils lettuce too before they perform, will help them relax a bit more.
so good, love third world! but the stupid 'advert' stuff at the end of every jam in the van sucks. can't listen to the music with that noise between every song. please stop, i cant stand it anymore.
Love seeing David Hinds performing with Third World, likkle more Bunny Rugs.
