Probably the best looking car that graveyard cars has done in my opinion. The 1970 was my favorite roadrunner and the white paint with black sripes and top looks amazing. White is one of the most underrated colors on cars.

Loved the modern engine transmission and the fabulous front suspension steering system with 4 wheel discs and air con,,,, that's a modern cruiser in a 70s body,well done to all involved

Thank you guys a little scared of it personally I would live in that car! I have had several vehicles that are white and it's one of my favorite colors right next to blue but that plum crazy purples got to be right up there at the top of the list too that is just an awesome color!

Hey Mark, At the 15 minute and 43 second mark (pardon the pun) the major cable to the ECM had bare copper showing, there should have been heat shrink covering the copper from the main lug connection to the sheath of the cable. As you know never leave the wiring bare as it could or will short out.

As an English man and cars to compare this with from Europe im just laughing at this. Sure we didnt have the 200+bhp cars until the 80s but we didnt need them our equivelent cars were pocket rockets vs USA boats for the roads. BTW can you even call them roads? Streets sure but you wouldnt even try to drive this thing down British back lanes at 60mph.
Just watch THE MINI COOPER 1200cc cars completely harrass a boss mustang and a 1600cc escore keep up with a 5800cc chevy in this race until the joker raises its head and that little rocket of an escort leaves the chevy for sheeeeet.

Why is one of the fender tag screws unpainted? Tsk. Tsk. Better repaint the car! :)
What the factory would do is attach the tag with one screw, fold that tag partly over the screw, then paint the body shell. They would then fold the tag back to flat, and attach the other screw. They simply left that screw unpainted because it was too much of a disruption to the assembly line.
