    Looks like you got a decent haul this time. Really like the knives. You could take both of those out in the field and be ready for quite a few things.

    Good box. It would be nice if the a couple hundred choices in each section and you could build your own box each month picking a couple from each section. They can continue to add more stuff as sponsers or designers create more stuff

    That mano knife is a great idea, but im wary of holding bladed tools awkwardly. It would be better if the handle was vertical rather than horizontal

    Those nano knife screws would last 5 mins outside in bad weather. If they drop in snow you loose your knife and possibly life if it's your only knife. Are the screws even magnetic? Also you'll be bashing your knuckles trying to saw larger branches. The larger blades won't fit in the case so hardly a good system. Does the case come with spare screws?

      david edge That's a bone saw for field dressing deer,elk,etc. It isn't designed to saw fire wood. Agree about the screws tho.

      @@KitbashedSurvival I have a challenge for you if you're up to it. Make a survival kit using non survival specific items found around the house. Example, I'm broke (hints my name) so I have an oil soak mat as my trauma bandage. I have other examples in my videos of using your brain to think outside the box

    The Raptor Razor looks cool, but loses points due to the time it takes to assemble and disassemble, and the screws. Wonder if there was some way to both install and secure the various blades without the screws, via the crossbar. I'm not taking points away for the blades themselves, just the device. I see being in the woods or survival situation, and losing the screws. What then? At least put spares in the cross bar handle thing. I reckon the company should do that.

    • @KitbashedSurvival
      @KitbashedSurvival  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t think it’s meant as a survival tool...just a tool.

    My thoughts … Battle Box dishes out great gear. Keep it coming, if you can afford it. Anything you don’t need, keep it in “New condition”, and sell it later down the line when you need the cash. Much like Gold or Silver … great store of wealth!

    the gas can would only be good for a atv or a prius.

    • @alexandergutfeldt1144
      @alexandergutfeldt1144 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I've put a 5L can in my wife's car ... she's the 'optimistic' type and has run out of gas before.
      5l translates to ~50-80km or 30-50miles in an 'normal' car, plenty enough to reach a gas station.

    • @CoryCDS
