I have been having this problem since I got new wifi, it connects on other devices except for my pc. When I do the ncpa step, it says that my wifi adapter is stuck identifying. In order for me to reliably be able to connect to my wifi I have to switch to another network, go into the network settings and forget the network that I'm trying to connect to, then try to connect to it again by entering the password and then it connects just fine. Im considering getting a new wifi adapter if I cant find a real solution
