The black and red style for the Jonesy skin is a reference to a character in the comics known as the US agent, I think he was also in the falcon and winter soldier tv series.
The reason we got Peelverine in the first place is because of the Chapter 2 season 4 trailer. Wolverine activated his claws and Peely did the same. I'm glad they followed along with it and made him a skin instead of just leaving it as a joke.
You all will be surprised, this season will burn in flames in around a week because of jetpack and doom myths, people will try to get these nerfed to the ground, it’s magneto all over again

This Battle Pass is really good in my opinion, but my problem is that none of the skins are really worthy of Tier 100. They are cool, but don’t WOW me. The tier 100 is a bit underwhelming and kind of unexpected honestly. Not bad at all though
Ye I agree the one skin that I was most excited for was war machine I thought he would have a suit up emote like iron man but I was wrong still a good skin tho
My favourite part about Gwenpool is the amount of customization she offers. Not only does she have so many styles, but she's also rocking the toggleable cel-shade. And for once, the option to turn off the cel-shading actually looks good on the model, IMO. This also applies to every part of her set, as well.
This battle pass is great. Absolutely love War Machine. My only wish is that instead of that lazy captain jonesy skin, we got that leaked iron spider skin in the pass instead.
Honestly never really liked any jonsey skins expect the season chapter season 1 jonsey but this new one in my op is my favorite but I like anything captain americana wise so that's probably why

Absolutely sick! I actually really like all of the skins! There isn't one i don't like. Also, it's pretty sick we got different styles for the characters that are actual other versions! Like the x-force, and freakin iron patriot! So cool! I even like the jones skin too. It seems there's an original fortnite character that gets a themed outfit for the season this chapter. Tabor Hill, there’s a secret quest from Gwenpool that you can find. You’ll find her hidden in a cell near the RAFT. You’ll see it when you go to one of the corners of the outside area on the water.

I feel like the chapter 2 season 4 battle pass was definitly better with the skins AND if you remember you had to do a challenge to unlock the characters built in emote.
I understand a bit the disappointment for Jonesy being in the BP instead of another Marvel character, like a Winter Soldier or someone else. I am ok with him though, just wished he had a mask to be even more Cap America.
Yeah a mask would have been a nice option, maybe it will be in the super styles...then again the Steve Rogers he is based on from the comics did not wear a mask with that stealth suit (the first style).
Captain Jones is my favourite skin. I don't care what people say, Jonesy is cool and so is Captain America, and Jonesy is an important part of the story anyway.
I think the fact that Epic has already made skins for most characters that people are interested in made making another, original Marvel battle pass a lot harder. I was quite surprised however by just how many new characters were included in the pass, and while Jones, Peely and Doom might be disappointing to some, I think that this pass is a great substitute for those who weren't able to get the Chapter 2 Season 4 battle pass for whatever reason that may be.

They really should give more backblings for the survivor medals than just the lama one honestly. Idve loved if there was a backbling based off the symbol for it in the mad max season.
Am I the only one who likes Captain Jones? I like that they gaved us a story skin. Plus it’s 100 times better than the Bright Bomber Cap skin we got. I’m a fan of the Jones skin, not big on Gwen but that’s just my opinion.
The Battle Pass is a Massive W. I just have one little gripe. The Peelvorine Pickaxe is only reactive to the pickaxes and not the emote. There should be an option to either equip the pickaxe or the emote similar to Wolverine Zero.
Removing exclusiveness from the Battle Pass took away from it. There are like 96-97% of all skins in Fortnite in the shop and the Battle Pass was one of the new skins new players could get that was both exclusive, showing that you played during that season and a memory you could add to your locker. It sucks that the exclusiveness was removed from the Battle Pass, just so Epic could earn some easy money by re-using Battle Pass skins..
Why's it even a problem though? Exclusivity just feels unnecessary, the only reason why someone would care that much is to show off or just to pamper themselves with their nostalgia, it doesn't benefit anyone. Who cares if people buy skins from the shop from a battle pass that they missed out on? I hate human greed but in this case, it's really a non-issue if Fortnite wants to make more money this way, it beats the FOMO so it can benefit both players and Epic Games, however, I don't know exactly how it's all going to really work. Also, apparently previous BP skins aren't coming back, so your wenegade waider is going to remain rare.

I like that the "nanamantium claws" pickaxe from peelverine kinda sorta pays homage to the cinimatic trailer for the first marvel season/chapter 2 season 4. They aren't the same exact look as peely's banana claws in that trailer, but from what I can tell from the description of them they are "Nana chip" claws. So like, banana chips or plantain chips or whatever. They definitely have a sorta squishy sound on impact with opponents it seems too, rather than just sharp.
Disappointing. I've not been playing super long(just this chapter, I think), and it seems most would disagree with me.. but the greek gods and wasteland were the best I've played so far. Avatar was only cool for the bending abilities, and this battle pass is almost laughable. Why do I want Jones or Peely skins? The other characters are even less known/liked aside from maybe War Machine. The namesake of the season is the bonus skin. Gwenpool and Emma Frost are okay but could've looked much better.. Shuri panther skin is cool but not for level 100.. personally cannot understand why anyone is saying it's the best or even better than last season. Everyone was mad saying the cars didn't take skill to win with, which I dont get cause they were useful but not hard to fight on foot. The magneto power was the only thing that was too much. I didn't like that most final fights came down to that vs. the gloves.
You know what, that does feel kind of weird for every secret skin to come out in certain days like the dates of when secret skins come out is always different, and of course, Doom in 20 days, that’s very soon 13:50
I've not played in ages, but this season obviously had my interest when it was leaked. I'd come back, buy the battle pass, and grind it out - however, I don't think I can justify buying the battle pass just for Mysterio (the only skin I care about)
I feel like this season is better than chapter 2 season 4’s battle pass I don’t see myself rocking half the skins from there while this season had a better version of doctor doom and 5/8 of the skins were better
I love how they hyped up this season to be all about Doom and hes not even the tier 100 XD hes the secret skin released in 20 days. Overall the battle pass is amazing, wish we had another skin besides 2 gimmicky ones (aka wolverine peely and captain Jonesy) but still a great BP to own.

It’s one of the best battle pass but my main complaint with it is the fact that there are 0 gliders for mysterio while everyone else gets one. I’m sure you could maybe find a good looking glider for him but they should’ve included it somehow

As a story line fanatic, I actually like getting another jonesy skin, it’s as if he’s getting closer and closer to having his own Seven suit

Marvel hasn’t been my favorite franchise, but I love how Captain Jones is pretty much a love letter to the first Avenger.

Removing exclusiveness from the Battle Pass took away from it. There are like 96-97% of all skins in Fortnite in the shop and the Battle Pass was one of the new skins new players could get that was both exclusive, showing that you played during that season and a memory you could add to your locker. It sucks that the exclusiveness was removed from the Battle Pass, just so Epic could earn some easy money by re-using Battle Pass skins..

Why's it even a problem though? Exclusivity just feels unnecessary, the only reason why someone would care that much is to show off or just to pamper themselves with their nostalgia, it doesn't benefit anyone. Who cares if people buy skins from the shop from a battle pass that they missed out on?
I hate human greed but in this case, it's really a non-issue if Fortnite wants to make more money this way, it beats the FOMO so it can benefit both players and Epic Games, however, I don't know exactly how it's all going to really work.
Also, apparently previous BP skins aren't coming back, so your wenegade waider is going to remain rare.

The joy of owning something unique from a particular season is lost when those items are simply put in the shop.
Epic claims this change allows them to create a “better” Battle Pass, but that’s misleading. Regardless of exclusivity, they would still need to design new Battle Passes. This shift is purely profit-driven, not about enhancing the game.
Content creators who support this move already have their exclusive items, so it doesn’t affect them. But if they’re so eager to take away new players’ potential “Treasure Trove,” why not make all past Battle Pass items available too? Of course, they won’t, because that would devalue their own collections. I started *during* this Chapter, so I may potentially never have the feeling of having earned cool legacy skins from when I played the game, during a specific season and the same goes for many other new players to Fortnite.
I like that the "nanamantium claws" pickaxe from peelverine kinda sorta pays homage to the cinimatic trailer for the first marvel season/chapter 2 season 4. They aren't the same exact look as peely's banana claws in that trailer, but from what I can tell from the description of them they are "Nana chip" claws. So like, banana chips or plantain chips or whatever. They definitely have a sorta squishy sound on impact with opponents it seems too, rather than just sharp.
Disappointing. I've not been playing super long(just this chapter, I think), and it seems most would disagree with me.. but the greek gods and wasteland were the best I've played so far. Avatar was only cool for the bending abilities, and this battle pass is almost laughable. Why do I want Jones or Peely skins? The other characters are even less known/liked aside from maybe War Machine. The namesake of the season is the bonus skin. Gwenpool and Emma Frost are okay but could've looked much better.. Shuri panther skin is cool but not for level 100.. personally cannot understand why anyone is saying it's the best or even better than last season. Everyone was mad saying the cars didn't take skill to win with, which I dont get cause they were useful but not hard to fight on foot. The magneto power was the only thing that was too much. I didn't like that most final fights came down to that vs. the gloves.

I've not played in ages, but this season obviously had my interest when it was leaked. I'd come back, buy the battle pass, and grind it out - however, I don't think I can justify buying the battle pass just for Mysterio (the only skin I care about)

I love how they hyped up this season to be all about Doom and hes not even the tier 100 XD hes the secret skin released in 20 days. Overall the battle pass is amazing, wish we had another skin besides 2 gimmicky ones (aka wolverine peely and captain Jonesy) but still a great BP to own.

Honestly this season is goated. Unique medallions, cool skins (The gwenpool second style in the BP is crazy) the guns are good. The only thing thats bad is that the portable turret and caps shield are op

It’s one of the best battle pass but my main complaint with it is the fact that there are 0 gliders for mysterio while everyone else gets one. I’m sure you could maybe find a good looking glider for him but they should’ve included it somehow
