Wonder how it took FreshTV so long to make a good 13 episode season after Revenge of the Island
There were literally only 2 seasons like that after Revenge of the Island and we had like a decade of no new content.

I really hope MK becomes the main villain in season 2 since while she was one of my favorites this season i can admit that she did kinda get kicked out of the season half way through. I espicaly want her to be the main villain because she probably had the best motivation of any TD villain

You need to ask Cartoon Network to give you another season of RR since they're the ones who greenlit the show for more seasons. Fresh just produces the show, they aren't in charge of stuff like renewals.

I agree with you about Heather in season one, she had no humanity. She cheated, gossiped and stood on people metaphorically but kind of not? She was just cruel and vile yet kept getting immunity abd then wins S3? But goes broke and has no personality in Allstars other than being Alejandros on and off again flame. Way to go writers.
I won't get started on Geoff, Bridgette, DJ or Lindsay its too upsetting 😢😢 They deserved better. Well DJ and Lindsay...Leshawna too. Courtney was completely duped by the writers 😅😅😅😅

If the second season is good, they probably add more seasons keeping the momentum and the fanbase alive. If it’s bad…. then they’re fucked because realistically this is all they got going for them (Dramarama is over and 6teen isn’t well known or coming back)

I love this season so much. I think this is the best season with the 13 episodes format. aside from episode 5 (and maybe having a second dude in the final 5) I think everything here worked very well. I don't really hate any of the characters (even in Ripper and Cahse I can see some decent moments).
and as for Bowie and Raj, this is how you are writing LGBT character: treating this is a normal thing and not a big deal. aside from Bowie saying he is the first openly gay camper in his audition (while showing that he is actually super athletic person) and Wayne really wanting Raj to come out, this season did not make any diffretne. even with Bowie more... sterotypical mannerism (which can be interpated as 80s fashion lover because he is named after 80s star) it was not presented as something "unique' (for good or bad). it was simply a character who is exist withing the show and nobody really cared for his sexual preference. Bowie and Raj being gays it was like a "side extra fact" about them and not "the main shtick" as many tv shows, movies and books trying to do. focusing on the sexual preference just singleiong out the people in the LGBT community and it's just doing a bad service and I wish many other content creators will realize it
as for the "woke" thing, I don't think it was woke a all. from my POV, there is a huge difference between woke and representation and TD went with the later one (as they did in every other season). for me woke is something very angry and loud, something that prevent us from having a honest disscution. something that is trying to push an agenda, and it full of virtue singeling. take the live action remake of Snow White. they hired a latina actress to play Snow White because of "divers cast" but in the same time they removed the dwarfs and robbed an option to actually hire people with dwarfism and representing them. or maybe the other example for Dinsey rejecting Nimona because it was "too gay" while Disney always using a minor LGBT character to show how progressive they are despite all those "lgbt characters" are minor characters that nobody really cares about and dying after 10 minutes of screentime.
TD did perfect job with representation and diversity because it was s diverse cast that simply exist in the show without shouting every two minutes about who is more opresed, or try to push agenda. same as every other season of TD
