He wasted time with the batman thing and joking about the face tat(Face tat angle has been used too many times, and we know Diz can be more creative), it was funny but comedy isn't very strategic for the short amount time that they have for their rounds in this. If Diz had just done bars out the gate AND ended it with the Cain and Abel rebuttal, the battle probably would've been in his favor.

T-Rex style is perfect for this 90 second format, he hits hard, aggressive, doesn't slip, and has straight battle bars that can apply to anybody. Daylyt style is so unique, its hard to say if he win or lose ever because you can't compare it to anybody. And Daylyt so consistent, you have to compete with his style also, not just his bars. So if Rex do what he do best and Daylyt to what he do best, who is the winner? Its just based on the style you preference
