I have major depressive disorder along with anxiety and chronic stress issues and this year my feelings and emotions have been super rocky but also last year too I hope you had some good sleep after doing this video cause its not just us that needs the sleep but the people helping us as well so always please remember to take care of yourself

I just want to say I really appreciate your omission of using smoke in this video and the fact that you used fire (my favorite!) instead. I just survived lung cancer at the age of 27, and I was a heavy smoker for many, many years. I quit smoking (77 days ago) before my carcinoid tumor removal 2 months ago today (61 days ago). I find these videos to be very healing, but I prefer not to watch videos that involve smoke now because of what I've been through (plus quitting smoking after smoking for 16 years is legitimately the hardest thing I have ever done, and the visual of smoke is very triggering to me). So again, I really appreciate your omission of smoke in this video. This video was quite exceptional, and your hard work is most definitely recognized by myself and so many others. I have followed you for some time now, and it is clear you have come a very long way since you first began. 👏🏼 Thank you for all you do! 💜
