Howdy, Ali, from the humble Republic of Texas. I’m new to all of this and learning so much from you. Your instructions are so patient and clear. Enjoying my new distraction. Thank you.

Doesn't the color lighten or darken after it dries? I've learned so much from you. I've gotten the repairs down pat. The repainting to match is still a challenge. The color wet vs the color dry is still a challenge. Love watching your videos.

If you need to know which country I’m from, I am Canadian but I also have access to the USA market as well.

Hi Ali, another nice restoration. One question. The last step where you applied varnish, whenever I tend to do the same, the varnish reacts with the paint (although I’ve waited multiple hours or in some cases days for it to dry) and it becomes a mess. Any idea why this happens to me?
    Thanks

The varnish could have got a little thicker so it would drag the paint,

I’m trying to restore a Royal Worcester pattern“Evesham” China dish. I’ve reached the stage after filling in the crack/chip of not being able to find the correct white paint as the China is a white/grey/blue’ish color and even though there seems to be several whites on the market, which one in high gloss will be the most suitable? Also, will a high gloss varnish change the color of the white and work as a durable protector? Thank you, I would appreciate your input.
