- It's Friday here in the Doll Shop and we have been having a great week! In this video, Rachel opens a pair of Bowman Volland Oversized Raggedy Ann and Andy Dolls. They’re breathtaking! 😍 I love their faces. Congrats! When I was a little girl my grandpa took me to his friends’ house. The wife of his friend had a large set of Raggedys, well they were 20”-32’. I desperately wanted a set but never got them. I became too busy collecting Barbies, porcelain and other cloth made dolls, mostly handmade. Here in recent years, I wanted a set but due to some recent movies and circulating stories, I had stopped thinking much about them. I frequent my local antique stores and finally did it! Last week, I got my first pair. I know your favorites are Vollands. Mine are Knickerbockers. I also like Georgenes. I love them so much! Thanks for all your info and details on the dolls. 💕

Hi I have two dolls raggedy ann and Andy. I always wanted the dolls since I was a little girl and I'm 57yrs old. I told my husband about raggedy ann and Andy dolls that I wanted them. So one day I was home doing my search on the web site for the dolls when my husband surprise me with the dolls of raggedy ann and Andy. I got so happy and cried at the same time. I know how you feel when you want something and you need to get it. Congratulations with your raggedy ann and Andy dolls enjoy them.

These dolls are adorable! I probably wouldn’t be able to find Volland raggedy Anns and Andys at any of my local vintage stores😅 but I have 2 handmade raggedy Ann and andy dolls, 1 aurora raggedy Ann, and one 1991 aupplause Raggedy Andy, I’m around in middle school and love all my dolls❤️✨

I have never really been into Raggedy collecting but I remember the story you read on a video about Raggedy Ann and her friends where they got into some jam and made a bit of a mess. Anyway, I am starting to look for them and the books thanks to your enthusiasm.

I never owned a Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy doll. My sister had a bunch of them. She died last year and nothing was offered to me. And I would never ask. I bought my own doll. I can understand your joy with acquiring these dolls.

I never saw the dress. before but I think it is fun and pretty. You always look great and stylish. How fun for unpacking Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. I have a very large Raggedy Ann doll a friend gave me just before she passed away. I treasure it even more now. Pleasures for ourselves are ok to get.

I love them! ❤I own a few different formats of these dolls and I remember buying a newer model a few years ago! I NEED the 1960/70’s Knickerbocker 36” ones! They’re so expensive though!

Wooo! in Malaysia these doll dont exist here! i went everywhere in Malaysia to hunt them! but. not a luck. my uncle told me he is getting me one! he is from Germany! so he can find lots! i love armand Marseille with eyelash and have theeth! especially the 22 inch or bigger!

Raggedy Ann is so cute and in decent condition for how old she is. Andy is looking a little more "raggedy."

was there ever an update after they were given to the ladies for primping? you have so many videos on your channel i don't know where they might reappear (and i'm impatient).. lol.
There is no video really, this is a good reminder to make one. We barely did anything except reattach an arm that was falling off, and iron the clothing. They are in a carriage in our front room, we have pics on www.rare-dolls.com website about halfway down on the homepage.

I love this so much I really wish I could collect these things, I'm 13 and I keep begging my mom to let me do this but she won't let me and I don't understand because she says I don't have a problem when it comes to you doing fun stuff that you like and this is a fun thing I love to do but for some reason she gets mad at me for it, but anyway love your content so much 🥰
