That why this trick is so personal to me. I saw David Copperfield perform crazy handcuffs on Larry King. I walked around with 2 rubber bands with me for a week or 2, trying everything, until I surprised myself by figuring it out.I was so proud of myself. This truck has always been a favorite and it still freaks people out!
Me and magic pencil. 30 years. I flat refused people telling how to do it. I finally figured it out, thinking back to wood shop class.... I didn't believe it was that easy... Lol
Great review David. I have been thinking about a magic routine that can fit in a matchbox. Rubber bands certainly could, gypsy thread as well, any other ideas?
Yep totally agree David cmh was one of the first tricks I ever saw and learned I like to just use this as a causal walk up trick. Great video as always and thanks for doing these videos you do more good than you know!!!
Hi David, I too managed to teach myself CMH ... it wasn't that long ago actually and it's only been very recently when I learned that I hadn't found a 'new' method ! Do you think you could have worked Sam's out ?
I have had this for about a month. I was so excited to try it out but after many many attempts, I can not make this work. It looks obvious to me, even in a mirror.
Hi David! I remember a while back that you had reviewed Pocket Nightmare by Max Maven. Then later you reviewed a very similar trick, and when you compared the two, you said “I’d get this one.” Do you remember the other effect I’m talking about? Thanks!
Right up my street, great trick needs a bit of mastering though to look right imo. Also I want to hear more about young David's magical escapades or old(er) David :)
As a self professed rubber band aficionado I literally laughed out loud when I saw the method….brilliant. Just so nice to see this type of thinking moving magic forward❣️
Totally agree with the prices and marketing.. $14.99 - $19.99 as a download only would be much more attractive to a magician that does band tricks. Question.. are the bands supplied the right size and Rindfleisch's. I feel though, that there's other tricks beginners should get into first that will be easier and teach the basics of band magic. The added bonus of other bands magicians definitely a plus.. these guys are at the front of band magic for sure👍🤓👍

I bought this a few weeks or so ago. I think it's eh. Maybe I need to give it more love, idk. It is definitely way over priced. $10/15 would have been much better, and as you mentioned, sell it as a download. Great review as always.
This trick is the biggest "why didn't I think of thatt?" moment I have ever had. So simple but no one ever thought of it until 2022.
:D
Thanks for saying that 🤣, I actually came up with this in 2020 already
