I just don’t understand the logic of people thinking Angus is a legend or was an idol. Guy wasn’t a good actor and was in the most watched show that gained popularity through social media but euphoria is not good and influenced a young generation to act like every disgusting character that was in it. great message. Ive been an alcoholic for the past 8 years. Went to rehab once, and continued drinking the day I got out. Decided to take sobriety seriously again and have been sober from alcohol since Jan 9, 2022. Feels great, no way im picking it back up. The song hits home Update: it’s July now, and I’m still sober. It’s nuts because this last month I had something significantly horrible happen that really turned my life upside down. That being said, I’m holding on to that sobriety, because right now it’s all I got haha! Thx for the support. I’m just now reading through the comments on this post. It makes me sad and happy. I appreciate it. If I could give anyone advice, it’s to take control of your lives as soon as you recognize there is a problem with your lifestyle. The earlier you fix them, the less problems you will have in the future. I’m 29 now, just got out of the military after 8 years. I wish I handled this years ago.
@Hella Sketch I'm so proud of you bro, plenty of us out there, sobriety hurts too at first bc at least in my case it was when I clearly seen the relationships,friendships, me ruining a bond with my family. It all seemed like so much. I worked through that in a way of acknowledging that I do have a problem sober or drunk. I solve that problem by choosing not to drink for safety of my life and my loved ones. All at the same time of feeling alone even with the amazing support group I had, you're not alone

This video shows how addiction affects a person's life, its gets tuff and us as ppl turn to different substances as a reliever of stress. But those substances are what ruins us and the relationships we have with each other. It also shows what quitting addiction can do for a person. Juice suffered with the same thing and i feel as if this video is used to show us how juice was and that its also what took him away from us, drugs and alcohol isn't the way to escape your pain it just makes it worse and for anyone out dealing with thia i sincerely hope that your'll quit and focus on yourselves and how to improve before you can't take it back. I don't know if this is completely relevant, but I watched a video called "Surviving Drug Addiction at 15" and one thing the guy said really stuck with me. Doing something like drinking to forget will never work. All you'll be thinking about while you're getting intoxicated is what you're trying to forget. It won't get rid of it. The only thing it will get rid of is the memories of everyone who stuck with you through it and everyone who tried to help you. Edit: Not the exact quote, but it was something like this.

my father passed away from complications dude to alcoholism. I am only 16 years old and that was is the worst experience that a 16 year old can go through. I love how these videos can portray such strong messages of recovery. This is honestly a buetyful video. It warms my hart to see this in the media because there is so much of a push towards partying these days. thank you to everyone who worked on this video and to every one that helped make this happen.

I honeslty just love the positive and loving message this song & music video has... I struggled with a pill addicition for a while because of a harsh and cruel heartbreak, it left me broken and lost. Though with time, I found ways of turning that sadness to something beautiful. This is pretty much every male’s story, at one point of their lives they experience existential crisis and question everything. I understood this video long after I understood the lyrics so deep, my experience is this crisis happens because of lack of a goal this is what happens in the end of the video he finds his purpose being a better person for his beautiful girlfriend and his friends thats how he got rid of the drug addiction. Guys no matter how sad you are about Juice, remember he wouldn’t want any of us to stay sad about his passing, he always said to take any negativity and turn it into positivity, everyone has there time and even though his time was short he left us with such beautiful music, I believe that his talent was being able to speak his emotions and we should all take a leaf from his book and tell someone what we are going through and how we feel, I believe he would want us to seek help if needed and reach out even if it feels like there is nobody to grab on to, remember that all of our time is short so even if you are afraid, know that talking to someone or even just saying what you feel out loud will help you become a stronger person, you could even just comment how you are feeling and I know that someone else will have similar feelings, Juice spoke his mind and what happened? He found a family who loved and accepted him for all his flaws and sins, know that truly loving yourself is accepting yourself and all your shortcomings, there’s a saying; no-one is perfect and that is correct however Juice said in his song Empty “the perfectly imperfect children rose from the dead, all of use are on a mission”, I believe this mission is self acceptance and self love, keep his words close to your hearts and remember he would not want us to feel empty now that he has passed. But those substances are what ruins us and the relationships we have with each other. It also shows what quitting addiction can do for a person. Juice suffered with the same thing and i feel as if this video is used to show us how juice was and that its also what took him away from us, drugs and alcohol isn't the way to escape your pain it just makes it worse and for anyone out dealing with thia i sincerely hope that your'll quit and focus on yourselves and how to improve before you can't take it back. I know its easier said than done but trust me its whats best for you. I hope this helps anyone who gets to read this.

Doing something like drinking to forget will never work. All you'll be thinking about while you're getting intoxicated is what you're trying to forget. It won't get rid of it. The only thing it will get rid of is the memories of everyone who stuck with you through it and everyone who tried to help you.

I see this song now through the eyes of an addict. “I don’t wanna be lonely no more” I felt that way the whole time I was using. It’s your best friend and worst enemy. Those that are working through it, like me. I’m so proud of you

i’ve been sober from alcohol for almost 9 months and this video depicts exactly how much alcoholism changes a person. addiction REALLY creeps up on you. you go from drinking at parties on weekends, to drinking on a random thursday afternoon, to drinking every morning. every time i think about picking up the bottle again i remember everything that alcohol took away from me. never again, i’m so much happier now. long live juice #999 🕊🖤

This is pretty much every male’s story, at one point of their lives they experience existential crisis and question everything. I understood this video long after I understood the lyrics so deep, my experience is this crisis happens because of lack of a goal this is what happens in the end of the video he finds his purpose being a better person for his beautiful girlfriend and his friends thats how he got rid of the drug addiction.
This song makes me cry every time I hear it because the lyrics match too much to my situation.

Guys no matter how sad you are about Juice, remember he wouldn’t want any of us to stay sad about his passing, he always said to take any negativity and turn it into positivity, everyone has there time and even though his time was short he left us with such beautiful music, I believe that his talent was being able to speak his emotions and we should all take a leaf from his book and tell someone what we are going through and how we feel, I believe he would want us to seek help if needed and reach out even if it feels like there is nobody to grab on to, remember that all of our time is short so even if you are afraid, know that talking to someone or even just saying what you feel out loud will help you become a stronger person, you could even just comment how you are feeling and I know that someone else will have similar feelings, Juice spoke his mind and what happened? He found a family who loved and accepted him for all his flaws and sins, know that truly loving yourself is accepting yourself and all your shortcomings, there’s a saying; no-one is perfect and that is correct however Juice said in his song Empty “the perfectly imperfect children rose from the dead, all of use are on a mission”, I believe this mission is self acceptance and self love, keep his words close to your hearts and remember he would not want us to feel empty now that he has passed.
