It's a damn shame that Trains doesn't allow for real derailments, and hasn't since what, Trainz 2010? I remember in Trainz 2009 you could do all sorts of spectacular things involving flinging trains off cliffs, or having them fly upward after hitting a vertical wall, etc - and it was glorious. Maybe some day someone will mod these later versions to allow for that again... **sad, and frustrated sigh**
Victor, would you ever consider releasing the route/map you use/cobbled together? I’d love to if nothing else let Ai run a train and enjoy the island. But I want a complete map, would yours be available to download or could you recommend a full map you would use instead?

I thought you just record in one route and then after completing those scenes, you move onto the next route. Hmm, I wonder how many people is going to ask for your IOS route now lol. Small idea for Thomas to get back with Kate . All engines r busy n Thomas has to go back to the mine. The fat controller knows the problems n contacts the mine owner/lead. (The owner/lead tells her to stay away when possible), she’s shunting when Thomas arrives. Thomas hears something from her side of the yard. Thomas then goes over to help out even though he doesn’t want to, Kate promptly thanks Thomas n the 2 start talking again as friends. Kate says sorry for her ways n yelling at him. Thomas sorry as well. The 2 become friends again n slowly become more over time. At some point Kate also says sorry to Reggie’s wife.

My plan is to combine other routes together too since my map idea is a fusion of both the Railway Series and Model Series, plus a few of my own changes. Thanks for pointing out the Invisible Loco, that'll come in handy when I do filming. He means that he doesn’t hold on the same angle of an engines face when talking, every time they finish a sentence the camera angle switches just so your not looking at the same angle of the engine for 15-20 seconds while they talk. You clearly didn’t understand what he ment.
what I do/use to help me make consists and make my soon to be own Trainz show is I make waybills and timetables for my engines and I make conists that make sense for the yards Hope this gives anyone some ideas!
I’ve always wondered how people make crashes and props without track move and this was very enlightening.
I definitely never knew you could adjust the track angle to simulate the locomotive tipping over.
