- A Guyanese woman, Sherry Williams has been providing food packages to the public through her street pantry in Queen, New York. She does it with the help from the food bank and from other donors, together with many volunteers. We went first at Jamaica Centre, where she distributed a lot of groceries. Sherry treated a few of us to lunch at Curry Roti Curry Box, a restaurant on Liberty Avenue, that is owned by a Trinidadian. It also sells Guyanese food, but we opted for the Trinidadian food. We then went over to see Vicky at Real Guyana West Indian Market, which carried a variety of local products. After that we continued the distribution on Liberty Avenue & Lefferts Blvd., when a donor/volunteer brought some perishable items to give out.
Positive impact on serving humanity thank you for highlighted my contribution to the people in New York City
Thank you so much, Sherry. Continue the good work you’re doing 👏👍🏼
That's an awesome charity organization by Sherry and the entire team. I wish her every success.
The restaurant's foods are looking extremely nice. Chicken curry vs. Curry chicken , the lady is correct because Trinidadians seasoned their meats and poultry before they cooked it, and bandanya is a must. That's where the taste gets different. You guys had a nice dinner. The owner at the restaurant is so pleasant, too.
Have a wonderful night 🌙 ❤💪👍🏽🙏💯🇬🇾
Yes, Sherry is amazing. Thank you so much for your comment 😊❤️
Is not like she is taking her own money to give out food. These foods she is collecting to give out.
She is doing a good job. Lovely lady. Thank you Sherry.
Yes Peggy, you’re right. But it’s nice that she took the initiative to do it
@@theshabnashow She is taking her strength to do it. God is using her as a channel to help others. I wish if I can be like her.
It is very windy in my part of Canada right now as well.

She’s doing a great job helping people
Assalaam Alaikum ❤
Real Guyana west Indian store that man does sell very expensive, last year every business that sell coconut for $6 he charged me $8. When I bring home the coconut n cut it barely have water in it. A hand full jamoon from another country $25, Other items he give you alot in the bag to pay the high prices. I never go back there. If you rich or can afforded then that is a place for you to shop.
Thanks for your comment, Peggy. Sorry you’ve had that experience. I use the canned coconut milk in NY
@@theshabnashow It for coconut water to drink.
