So basically when theres a ton of cover and weeds throw a lure w out treble hooks...🤔thanks for the professional tip, Ike. We would be lost w out you. 🤦🏻🤦🏻
Mike you are such a great teacher man! Great job. I'm a new angler. You have been a huge help with the learning curve. I'm in east texas. Do you have any tips for texas fishing?
One point I’d like to make and see if you agree , hard vs soft can be water temp , plastics in colder water seem to lose some of their action , so I go to a hard to keep the action of the bait dancing. Would you agree with this Ike ? Great video as always. Love to learn from you. Take care and keep em coming.
Great explanation on this subject! Thank you. Please add to it sometime on which combo to use them on. I have seen soft used on both Spinning and baitcast as well as hard used on both. Keep the videos rolling and ne er stop shouting when you catch a big one in tournaments I watch on TV.

Awesome tips to choose baits for style of fishing and cover and conditions very helpful
I’m stuck using weedless soft plastics due to bank fishing. I can’t retrieve a snag while suck on the bank. 💔

Mike do you ever do assessments of lakes?
Going to st clare in early may.
Great tips so basically hard baits more when they are active and when they are lethargic use soft baits
That's a good summary. I love hard Baits more though... But sometimes you just gotta use soft ones
Other think is translucid colors for clear water in hard baits - works nice
That was a great video Mike, Thanks!

Mr. Iaconelli, you give a tremendous amount of helpful information. But why do you yell instead of talking?
You brain is good.
I play ultralight/light gear. use lure under 5 grams in the edge of salt water rocks. let me know which soft or hard bait is better.
his voice, accent, gesture, face expression are toooooooooo much over reacting. weird. hate it
