Deloitte Global Financial Advisory | Men's Network for DEI Empowerment in Japan

Deloitte Japan is promoting and accelerating Men's awareness towards Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities through a targetted voluntary project. Deloitte Japan is currently working on three activities., which are:
1. Examining how we can communicate DEI so that it can be easily understood by all
2. Creating workshops for men to be able to empathize and have a sense of ownership towards these issues
3. Having discussions based on understanding those who may oppose of DEI's activities
