Love that PWat is getting some attention lately. I said it during last years final stretch of the regular season, that PWat has the potential to be an up and coming star. I can remember him having breakout games vs. GSW (like you showed) and a close one vs the suns where we went toe to toe whilist sitting almost all of our starters.
Watsons defence is already special and if he can work on his shot and his consistency, he can be a top player in this league. I really hope him and CB keep improving like they have already, so we don't need to trade for a KCP replacement, when his contract runs out. This team has at least 5 years left at the top (depending on how long Jokic wants to cook the league)

That's where Denver is smart find young players who then develop into stars same was with Joker same with Jamal etc..other teams run for number one pick and Denver in that few years make chemistry and we see already he start to assist like Joker and first team and Denver have few more gems

What a beautiful team: Jokic, AG, Murray, porter Jr, Braun and Watson growing together in a good spirit Team. They have had time to developpe there own qualities and polyvalence and find there places. And the result is here now. Joker never insisted for them to play for him. They play all together for the Team.

Kid's like this need to study Kawhi. NO ONE thought he was going to be the offensive power house he became. But he worked hard on the fundamentals, and became a lethal scorer by playing the right way. These young athletic defenders especially in today's NBA are primed to develop the same way Kawhi did if they just put in the work and don't try to play hero ball.

Watson and Braun are going to be the reason the Nuggets stay contenders after the starting five get older and decline. One more draft steal and they are likely a true dynasty team.

This might sound very random, and I don't know why, but Peyton's face and hair reminds me of Akira. I love the energy he brings to the floor, and I wish someone would make an art of him as Akira. Anyways... I am loving the potential of Denver's young team core: Peyton, CB and Julian Strawther. For long time now I wanted for Nnaji to be the guy who would be acting as an inheritor of Jokic's will :D But Nnaji isn't that guy in my opinion, and I wish Denver would find someone else, someone young to develop into Nikola's role. Also... P Wat's game and defence energy and mentality reminds me a lot of Dennis Rodman's.

I love Jeff Green but the man averaged 4.1 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.7 assists on 45% shooting in the playoffs last year. Watson is a drastic upgrade. Reggie Jackson and Justin Holiday are a downgrade from Bruce Brown's PG and SG/SF duties respectively, but we also have an improved Christian Braun.

@@jw-nz2vx Couldn't agree with you more. Just hilarious to see all the talking heads with the same starting 5 that put such an emphasis on a 6th and 8th man. Just like the Jok hate from years past. Been a blast to see people get humbled and come to realize what us in Denver have known for years.
