It is great to hear from you, keep posting. I met someone whose car was blown off the road in a crazy storm when they should have parked, or turned around.
@@TimeWarpIceland but as you said - have hands free - and not carrying a camera... Sean always says "Both hands free! George" Still - it did provide a great action shot... hope all is well!
Good reminders about safety, especially in the dark or severe weather. Not sure if Alexa was much help when you asked for an opinion. Liked the email address on the form...
I do highly recommend swimming at Thingvellir, was one of the most fun things we did while in Iceland (lower on the list than meeting you of course)! But seriously, if you're going to go swimming there, do it with one of the great companies that take you snorkeling. It's way more fun that way, and you get someone taking pictures for you so you can just enjoy it.
And you get a dry suit which definitely makes a difference 😅 I have yet to try it. It's on my list for things I want to do this summer. I'm also going to steel some water from the lake and make beer with it 🍻
I saw the human powered ropeway (or how would you call this?) at 5:35 somewhere before and am now super curious about where this one is. It looks super cool!
It is. And there is an abandoned farm at the other end. You can see it in my 50 Itinerary Ideas th-cam.com/video/BekqiDqEvro/w-d-xo.html it's called óbyggðarsetrið or wilderness center and it is in the east of iceland.
It appears that a lot of tourists seem to lose their common sense when they land in Iceland. I was in Iceland last month for 12 days and a lot of the people on the tour I went on were not properly prepared for the weather that we had in Iceland. They were having to buy ponchos when we went on the glacial lagoon boat trip. I've been to Iceland before so I knew what clothes to bring with me.

Oh my! We're the alright?
I have never died in Iceland and I think it's because of your wisdom.
Haha more like despite my wisdom
For a nation founded by Vikings, I'm amazed how safe Iceland is.
Why wouldn't it be safe?
Just thought there would be a remaining blood feud or two left over from the Saga Age.@@tarik6990
oh my gosh!
Falling!!! oh man!
That could be my fault. I've had three visitors now that have tripped while with me. This could be a me problem 😅

Brando has huge potential as a camera man. I need to use him more. All great here, give my best to Sean 😊

Thank you ❤️ did you see who was writing the form?
Missed it the first time. I usually have to go and watch it again to catch all of the quick hidden features! @@TimeWarpIceland
I figured being as in all his movies he's either stuck or lost 😅

Great video. It goes well with your outro line. I appreciated the email address you typed in also.
Lol, I thought nobody was going to see that.
Great video! Very informative! Thanks!
My pleasure!

I didn't read the title carefully and thought it said Top 5 Ways Tourists Date in Iceland. Can you make a video on that? Cause I came here for THAT 😆
Haha yea, good idea. Except I know nothing about the subject. 😅 I'll see what I can do.
@@TimeWarpIcelandno worries. Joke request from my mis-reading.

People, risking your life for Instagram pictures is not worth it. You cannot win against Icelandic weather, remember that.
I really hope I don't die in Iceland. At least not before I can share my Iceland pics on Facebook
🤞
Did you really just type in jimmykimmelsucks?😂😂😂😂
Lol, it was Mat Damon typing not me 😜
@@TimeWarpIceland 🤣🤣🤣🤣
And these are the reasons why we always invest in travel insurance. 😅
Definitely recommended 💯
jimmykimmelsucks... 🤣
Lol, a little Easter egg. Did you see who it was from? Seems that all movies he plays in he's either lost or stuck somewhere.
Matt Damon lololol
