- In this video, we will discuss about WooCommerce Email Notification settings. Whenever you receive new order, you get email notification. Whenever order is updated, cancelled, refunded, email has been sent to customer. All these email notifications are handled by WooCommerce.
👉 Let us see how to manage email settings in WooCommerce.
- Log in to wordpress dashboard
- Go to WooCommerce - Settings.
- There you will see a tab called Email. Click on it.
- Under Email settings, you can manage the notifications for following tasks.
✅ New order
✅ Cancelled order
✅ Failed order
✅ Order on-hold
✅ Processing order
✅ Completed order
✅ Refunded order
✅ Customer invoice / Order details
✅ Customer note
✅ Reset password
✅ New account
You can also edit the standard Email template created by WooCommerce.

Hello. Thanks for tutorial. I am using Email Template customizer and WP Mail SMTP. Test emails are sent and delivered correctly. My problem is that no real customer emails are sent. What can be wrong?
make sure that smtp is setup properly. If still not working then it may be issue with email server on your hosting or any other plugin may be in conflict.
Hi, how do we add a notification alert for when a previous customer has order? So that we know it's a repeat customer? (someone who purchases as a guest but may have purchased before).
I do not think there is any option in email notification settings but may be we can try some plugin or web hooks for this. Need to check if that is possible.

When user checkout page I got email ( admin), congrats for the sale. So how can I stop this email. And enable only payment completed email.
Go to woocommerce - settings - email settings. disable emails that you do not want. But i think this is a standard email which admin should received once some one make a purchase on the website so that admin can fulfill the order.

Purchase ka to aa rha hai. Par checkout ka bhi without payment ka MSG aa rha hai.

Is it possible to change (Rename) the email names in the email notification list?
Specifically rename Email Custom #1 to something else.
This what the list displays:
Email Content type Recipient(s)
Custom #1 text/plain Customer Manage
This is what I would like:
Email Content type Recipient(s)
Order Ready for Pickup text/plain Customer Manage

Is this a new email notification that you have added apart from standard email notifications in woocommerce?
Looks like it is a custom status email template? It should be managed within the custom status email plugin you're using.
Why don't I have email sender options like yourself?
I have options to add the email Recipients.
