Buying tickets to get to Tatev was an adventure all on its own. We had to figure out a new city, a new country and a completely different part of the world. Everything we learned traveling thus far helped us finally make it to our destination.
We then arrived at the smallest village we have ever been to. Luckily, our hosts Vazken and Allah made us feel right at home the moment we arrived.

6:36 Hey, I saw you get food from this shop and that’s definitely where you can get an upset stomach from. I very much avoid places like that because it’s easy to get food poisoning. Glad you enjoyed Armenia
Thank you for the advice! We try to avoid anything that may not meet US food safety standards, which is why we asked for no meat on the sandwiches. The interesting thing is, we both felt sick after eating at a nicer restaurant. Go figure. Thanks for watching! 😃

I am 70 years old and my wife and I have traveled extensively for the last 20 years,unlike you I wouldn’t have the courage to do all that you do, you are so entertaining plus so adventurous, The part I do love about traveling is when I meet locals in different countries and hear their life stories, be safe,safe travels.
We love meeting locals and learning everything we can from them. Those are moments we will always remember. The idea behind our channel is to show others exactly how we travel and get from place to place. Our hope is to give hesitant travelers enough confidence and information to go to the places they never thought they could.
Although we are adventurous, I do not think we would have the confidence to travel like we do with out the help of technology. We have spoken to travelers your age who traveled all over the world 30-40 years ago and it boggles our minds how they managed to travel with nothing more than a dictionary to translate and an eagerness to see the world.

@@SOSASATSUNRISE You probably don’t have enough good gut bacteria, next time drink kombucha, Apple-cider vinegar, kefir (plain) and eat Greek yogurt (plain), feta cheese and sour sauerkraut.
