I too will wear eyeshadow until the Lord calls me home. It is by far my most favorite part of my makeup routine and the part of my or anyone's makeup that I notice first. I don't care if it's not trendy anymore, I will always love and wear it ❤
I LOVE grey!! Grey that leans purple, blue greys and green grays. Grey is pretty with peach! I have both in my naked Wild West. Great job as always!!! 🙌🏻🩶
Hey Amber! You are the second person that I've heard mention about eye shadow not being trendy recently. Who made up this rule LOL. I love eye shadow. Palettes are still being released so it's not stopping the brands.
Also, lately I've been really missing the original naked palette. I wish it would come back or at least as a mini palette with the first 5 shades!

I think people 18 to 25 are not into eyeshadows anymore, no one in my uni wears eyeshadow, eyeliner is maximum

Wow I didn’t realize that I honestly feel the same way about eyeshadow! Definitely my favorite part and I’ll never give it up, but it is nice that we aren’t getting a new palette advertised to us everyday lol! Just using and loving my collection 😄

Whenever you mention how difficult and how long it takes to pan a MAC eyeshadow, I feel so seen lol! I swear I’ve been using the same MAC shadows for YEARS and I’ve only finished a few!
The greys in ND's mini Xenon are some faves I'm thinking about now. Such a pretty palette for Spring/Summer-- IDK about your region, but we just had 2 sickening sunny days of hot weather and are now in for X/amount days of rain, and that's what we call June here in Buffalo NY. Greys are natural, LOL. Re: Peaches-- I have many for cheeks & eyes; but this sweet little blusher from Hipdot called Solstice is so pretty, a soft light juicy, peach matte like I've never seen before.
I am having trouble with my dark shadows and the cool tones, can you do a get ready with me video on an everyday smokey look? I keep feeling like i am doing a night look
Eyeshadow made me really fall in love with make up in my teens which is around 10 years ago. It never not will be trendy even if bold eye looks aren't what you see a lot

You're doing amazing! You've made great progress! I'm also enjoying the reprieve from eyeshadow advertising currently. I have so many, that I really do not need more. It takes me an age to pan eyeshadows. As you said, you can dupe pretty much anything. I've found the same. There's not much I'm interested in that I don't already have.
very pretty eye look. i think there is a sentiment among the teens and early 20 somethings that eyeshadow is not a thing. they are much more interested in brows, cheeks, skin ans perfume
Eye shadow out? Girl, NO. Just NO. I don't wear makeup every day because I'm retired. But I will wear eye shadow til I'm gone. I wear a lot of that rosy gold. I love my Lorac rosy gold shadows. You can't beat peach. I have those Two Faced Peach shadow palettes. One frost and one matte. I need more practice putting colors together.
