Woah the color of that water at the base of Fitz Roy is beyond amazing! The hike looked both beautiful and tiring but I gotta do it! I’ve loved all of your adventures through Argentina!
El Chalten looks so cute and charming! That coffee trailer looked awesome too. Those peaks are just stunning though! 😍 I agree that nothing beats a sandwich on a long hike!
Desperate to do this hike soon, just to clarify the part that was all rocks at the end doesn’t involve any climbing right (just uphill walking). Video was great!!! 🇦🇷
Glad to see that you enjoyed El Chaltén as i did last January, i´m planning to go back next year, for this time i will try the hardest hike : The Huemul Circuit.
You don't cut distance by hiking from El Pilar. You cut the steep sections out from the trailhead directly from the town which is why many people do it.
6:20 is not Cerro Torre, neither the lagoon. It`s Aguja Saint-Exupery, and below is located Laguna Sucia. Cerro Torre and Laguna Torre are behind those peaks.
Also you've barely mention Cerro Torre, one of the world's most famous peaks, and for many years considered the most difficult climb on the planet, until some idiot drilled bolts into the rock face to make it easier to scale ( Google - compressor route)
