Recently found a 55 bandoulière in Japan for a bargain. Date code is from 1995, but it's practically brand new. Even the hardware still had some of the protective stickers. 😀

Been looking at the Nice BB and the Dopp for a few weeks now. Just bought both. I plan on using the Nice BB for my skin care products and the Dopp for my hair care products and other miscellaneous toiletries. My stuff fit perfectly in both. Your video helped me with my purchase decision. Thanks once again.
I travel a lot, and I’ve found that the Nice Nano is perfect for jewelry. I put a watch pillow inside and wrap necklaces and bracelets around it. It also has lots of room for pouches (Yurman, Lagos, etc.).
Wow! What a great collection? What do you do to pack your boys' stuff? When I was single, what I had worked for me. Now that I have a family, it all gets so heavy! I need some advice, please!
Hands down, my biggest LV regrets are my Keepall's.. I have the top handle 45 and a 50B...both are miserable to carry around and, you are correct, the stress of carrying them is not worth it. I don't sell my bags, so I'm stuck with them. Maybe my daughter will enjoy them one day! lol
I also have a keepall 45, and you’re right, they can be a pain! I made mine more comfortable by punching an extra hole in the strap (I have the bandoulière) , so it can slide tight onto the carry on’s handle. This way I don’t carry it, but sits on top of my rolling carry on suitcase.
I really love the white suitcase especially how it’s personalized. Can you let me know where you purchased it? Thank you for your content it has answered a few questions in regards of the bandolier 45 & 50.
I know what you mean about traveling with the rolling luggage by LV, I only use it when we fly private (husband is a pilot/for pleasure) and if we charter, otherwise I’m not bringing it along on commercial flights because of the likelihood of having to check it at the gate and they destroy it. I never got the keep all, I use the Retiro GM (it’s discontinued) and love that it’s large enough for what I take on the plane with me, it has a top zipper and is very roomy, I typically tuck my smaller LV Twin crossbody in Empriente inside it to use when we land, love the toiletry 25 and hope the next iteration of it zips up without the little open slots at the top, I’ve lost quite a few lip liners, eyeliners and smaller items because it isn’t completely closed. Great use of the perfume bottle for packing jewelry when traveling, I use a horizon pouch in the men’s collection.
Love all the pieces, Amanda! 😁💕 I used to own a red Epi in 55 but I had to sell it. I don’t travel as much as you. It was a great pop of color and easy to spot, too. 😀

The Dopp kit toilet bag is named as such since WWI and WWII when the Dopp kits were issued to US soldiers. This is according to my husband, a military officer. I was curious about the actual name and supposedly it was named after Charles Doppelt, whose company was bought by Samsonite.
@@LuxMommy Oh so do I, it sounds so much more refined for a luxury good. When I looked up the origins of the name Dopp, Mr Doppelt called it a toilet bag so I guess LV wanted to stay true to how it was first designed?

I just bought the Keepall 45 I'm worried about rain or snow marks do you use Appleguard or leave it alone? I have a lot of mono pieces but nothing this large with leather to travel with an worry about. Going to NYC in December in possible snow. Thanks for all advice!!!! CK
Hi Amanda!! I know this video is a bit older but was wondering if you would do a comparison video between the 45’ and the 55’. I’m in the market for a Keepall and am unsure about the sizing. Also, what are your thoughts on the Keepall B in the Monogram Macassar? I love the one you have but would be so worried about the vachetta I’m certain it wouldn’t allow me to enjoy it as much as something a little more care free.
Toiletry pouches are discounted. Sales associate in Paris told me they won’t be sold after the end of year, and they’re only selling remaining stock - which is nearly impossible to find. There was only one available in France. (This was a couple week’s ago) 😕

I do believe they have discontinued the toiletry pouches. Lucky for me, I was able to snag a preloved T19 for a good price a while back. The price increase is insane. Love your videos as always💕

@@gloriamendoza5464 I honestly don't let that stuff bother me. I try to enjoy my pieces and one of the things about vachetta is that it will get some spots but eventually it will honey beautifully and you won't even see the spots.

I do pack it when I am flying, if I am road tripping then I usually leave it out. I don't treat my vachetta at all!
