Hello, Thank you for this information. Does Workload Tracking require purchase of the Resource Management add-on?

@@robinmcleod8404 thanks for watching! It does not require the resource management add-on. It is available to licensed users on the Smartsheet Business or Enterprise plan. Cheers!

    Hi Kandis,
Thanks for sharing the details on the Workload tracking feature; it clarifies a lot. I’m setting up a PMO Workspace with a folder structure that includes a folder for portfolio-level tracking and another for project-level tracking. Within the project-level folder, I have subfolders for individual projects, each containing various sheets and reports.
When I open one of the Project Schedule sheets and expand the Resource Management view to see all project workload allocation, I’m only able to see resources for that specific project. From your video, it appears that all Project Schedule sheets must be placed directly within the top-level workspace folder to view workloads across multiple projects.
Do you know if there’s a way to view workloads across all projects within this folder structure? Or is this functionality only available with the paid Resource Management feature?

This is great video however what about if I have a task that involves 2 or more resources. How does the calculation work?

@@WarrenNg-r4r thanks for watching! You would need to break the task into two separate tasks and assign only one resource on each row to calculate workloads. I know that’s not ideal for large and complex projects, although that is what Smartsheet currently offers with this feature. Best of luck!
