Ayer Itam-Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway Bypass is a 5.7km road planned to connect Ayer Itam with the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. It is also known as the George Town Outer Bypass. The road is Package 2 of the Penang Transport Master Plan. 70% of the road is elevated.
