Yeahhh my bad, I was talking super low cuz I was still sleepy lol, I will be more energized today for the next tutorial:) so hopefully it will make the noise lower

Soooo it’s E to extrude, just pull your mouse up and that’s all you gotta do.
If you want a face to go up without extruding click G then Z and then go up on your mouse.
