I remember my old friend showing me this song, soon after we met and became great friends.
At the time, I was less interested into aviation, but I had decided to take a look at the song, since my friend kept talking about it every time we met up. He was a total aviation nerd, I loved hearing his rants.
When I first saw the song I didn't get it, but as soon as I did I burst out laughing. Told my friend the next day that it was hilarious. That's what started my interest in aviation.
Unfortunately, he moved out about 2 months after the discovery of this song. It came by surprise and I we only had time to quickly exchange online usernames. I went on the platform soon after and tried to get in touch with him, but he never came online again.
It's been over 2 years since I saw or spoke to him, and ever since then, I've been desperately trying to get in touch (I don't have many friends). He was a great friend and we started out strong, it was unfortunate our relationship was cut short so quickly.
I just saw this song on my recommended list, and was reminded how I'd probably not find such a great person in quite some time.
Sorry for stretching this out so long, just wanted to share a quick memory.
