Devkund waterfall is open but though tour operators and local guides. Booking has to be done prior coming in advance. If it's allowed for everyone then there will be huge rush. Saturday and Sunday is not possible. But weekdays you can visit if only you reach Bhira village at 6am. Otherwise you will be stopped at check post if you are late. It's near Devkund waterfall. Local guides are available at any nearby hotel's. It's before MIDC area. You need to cross tamhini ghat.
