Mike's constant chatter is so addictive it is almost immposible to bypass when one of his videos come up. At the ripe old age of 78 I want to take up scrapping . What did I miss all these years of not scrapping ?

Mike today I learned something about my g/f because of something you done. she was so impressed that you figured out that those pieces to that monitor stand went together. I learned she sure is easy to impress maybe that's why she picked me hahaha.

Cardboard box. The arch nemesis of Scrapman. Either there’s too much, not enough, busting at the seems when full of scrap, or landing on their sides when dropped out of a dumpster. 😂🤣

mike you should carry scrap tubes with you. no boxes coming home with you it all ends up in tubes anyway
In the netherlands we have a saying ... that also will go for scrapping .

That McCann part is a probe for a BigMac Carbonator. I seen alot of flojet pump mounting brackets in that dumpster. Must be a service company of some sort for beverages.

Hey Mike, thanks for letting me ride shotgun with you. You find the best stuff and say thank you for the scraps. I live in Louisiana so I know how hot it gets in summer. Take water with you as soda doesn't do as good a job as water for your thirst. I find ice cold water makes my stomach hurt, so I drink cool water. Bless you on your trips to the dumpsters. The rollers on that fancy rack is for showing bracelets that's a pretty cool find a few years ago I would have wanted to buy it from you to show the jewelry I would make but I have since suffered nerve damage in my hands and making anything is just a bit beyond me but like I said cool find well worth trying to sell at a yard sale or ebay.

That broken spring was from an commercial overhead door. That is what counter balances the weight of the door.

Broooo....I learned today that we are not allowed to do dumpsters in Florida. It's rather inspiring watching your videos and it will make folks that aren't afraid to get out there and work hard want to try their luck at this in their area. It's ok though bud, I actually still learn things from you on here that apply to other things I do. I Thrift and resell, my favorite thing is Hot Wheels. I noticed a cpl videos ago tht u don't take freon bottles... My scrap yard says tht if I pop out tht little cap, they can crash it then. W/out it exploding..
