All 100% valid criticism. Never add multiple detail/reveal shots of the same thing, less is more. This video would greatly benefit if those 20s showed other parts of the house or property, or even the area a bit further from the house.

speed ramps dont sell homes. i've done real estate media full time for 2.5 years now. realtor sell homes not speed ramps. speed ramps are what we sell to realtors to make them feel cool with their fiverr logo. lol
