Vivekji - Good Analysis. FIIs withdrawing from India not because of China, not because of high valuation of Indian stocks, not because of poor 2nd Qtr results of the Indian cos. but mainly due to abrupt tax policies and high taxes ( Short term cap and long term cap gains taxes ) levied by the govt in the last budget. Probably there shall be higher taxes coming up in the Feb 2025 budget, hence the FIIs are withdrawing ferociously. Its high time our govt wakes up and takes some corrective measures.
