Actualy I Recently have to fix a Split type AC control board ,and after sucessfull fixing my ac board , I started re-engineering of BLDC drive circuit, and studied the feature /advantages of BLDC use and motivated to decide that I am going to change all of our domestic fans to (AC/DC FAN)/(3-phase invertor fan)(BLDC fan).I have designed several drivers for other type of motors espacially Uni-polar stepper motor.

Sir aik baat ap ko share Karna thee K there phase supply ke wajha se hee motor mein rotating magnetic field peda hote hai, iss liye three phase motor OK capacitor lagaane ke zarootat nahin hote, 120 degree ke difference se three phases frequency karte hai. Actually in BLDC fan total winding is equally divided into three dc alternative wound to create N poles to repell N pole of parmanent magnet outer case . One pulse of dc is passed from one u wound next second one pulse is passed from v wound further next second one pulse is passed from w wound .when this happens in very less time it creates fluctuations in poles in . which creates strong repellent force on magnetic ring and creats torque. And this way BLDC fan move .

AoA, Sir very informative video. want to know I have a two celling DC Fans ( chines brand) using around 3 years, but facing a problem that fan cannot run on full speed after few time its power off/On automatically, and when I turn it to speed 3 its working normally . one of fan also not start need a push to run. please guide , ( should I replace the circuit or fault in the motor)

yes in these fans there is 3-phase brushless DC motor. also called '3-Phase BLDC Motor'

Assalamualaikum sir keep it up, very nice God bless you, an awkward question raised in my mind that a 12v DC ceiling fan circuit convret into 3 phase,
1.sir how many volts we gets in 3phase out put (phase to phase or N to L)
2.can we measure this 3 phase by multimeter. Waiting for your kind response
Thanks, circuit puts 12v three phase to winding. It could be best measured with oscilloscope and I didn't try to measure with dvm.

No way. In DC there no phase. Phase is only produced by inverter board and fortunately inverter boards are quite cheap and inexpensive. Regards,
