Almost had a bird strike
There's not one thing government will ever run as efficiently as private enterprise. Government will always have a reason to increase their cost (the people's cost), whereas private enterprise will compete, even (at times) at minimal gain.
Don't forget how they like to cut corners all while doing everything you said.

It's so efficient that it took private enterprise 70 years and billions in government support to catch up!
