@@FlourgoldWizards funny how we all have our different sayings. 👍🤠
That washplant is one of the best I have ever seen for clay heavy material. Fantastic design.
Thanks for the great compliments Dan ! It's been an evolution. Think I have it dialed in. Best to you prospecting ! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
Eureka Yeee Haaa
You definitely have a good patch of dirt there Allan..
Yes Jason definitely earns his gold in those freezing 🥶 conditions.. I think 🤔 ha take Rigby to keep him warm.

Very awesome setup you got going there Allan! Yeah, the snow is slowly melting. Time to start diggin'. Keep up the good work!
Good luck to you !! Thanks for watching !!
Ice in the wash plant gotta love that. Nice gold! The trailer looks awesome, can't wait to see it in operation.
Hi Rick. Thank goodness the ice happens only a couple months out here. Other than that, it can operate all year ! Unlike dry washing. Going to test the trailer version at home this weekend. If everything works, we'll take it out to the claim and film a video. Best of luck to you prospecting ! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
always have a blast coming by fam. keep on living the dream fam. GOLD SQUAD OUT!!!
Yes Sir !! Dreaming of that retirement nugget one of these days. Lol !! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
Plant looks to be working great, Allan. Glad to see you back with more content. Keep on keepin on.
Thanks for stopping in and watching ! We'll try to keep it going. Best of luck to you out there !
Yeah, I smashed that like button real hard. There are some out there that deserve it. Great wash plant Allan. Hope all your days stay golden. Yee-Haa!! And yea...your gonna get wet. :-)
Thank you Sir !! It's been a challenge, but finally have it dialed in well. Just gotta find that rich pocket ! Best of luck to you out there !
Your trailer mount plant looks awesome Allan! Count me in!
Thanks Doug. Will do !
Time to patent that machine Allan!!🤠🙌
Yes Sir ! In the process. 👍
Allan, you always have the best videos. Your wash plant is awesome. I like that Arizona gold.

Love that machine!
Nice job on the washplant!
Thanks Nic !
Great video thank-you
Great video as always! Jason and Rigbee are a great watch also. Nice chunky gold and your recirculating highbanker is a work of art.
Thank you Sir. Amazing how well Jason does up there. Who would have thought ? Hopefully we'll get some nice nuggets soon. 👍
It's so cool to see how all the gravel and mud move off that plate. Looked like another fi e day out on the hunt for some of that AU
I think the hard freeze is over. Beginning to warm up now.. Thanks for watching.. Glad you enjoyed it ! 🤠⛏⚒👍
Very good yes ..pilgrim 😍😎😁
Thank you for another awesome enjoyable video... I'm going to have to check out your buddy Jason at Flower Gold Wizards. I'm in S/E Wisconsin been here going on 63 years but never heard much about there being any gold in this state. It will be fun finding out what part of the state he's finding gold... LOL...
The other day I was trying to remember what class and grades you teach in school. I think I was talking to my wife about your channel. So if you'd please remind me I would really appreciate it...
Well thanks again for 21 interesting minutes at 1am. Wednesday morning, great way to start my morning....
So may y'all be blessed in Jesus name... BBE..
I hope you enjoy our channel as much as Allan’s 😀✌️
Hey Bobby, absolutely check Jason's channel. Ha ! I'm not a teacher by profession, but teach Sunday School for Young Men's group 12-14 yrs. Good luck prospecting out there !! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍

Well you teach them good. I know for a FACT that wages of sin is DEATH been there done that, that's is BAD STUFF when you die not having Jesus as your Savior and LORD. I was blessed with a new life. Not a second chance, Jesus gave me a brained new life... That's another story for another time...

Allan, thanks for your level of gold fever that permits you to get out in winter weather to make videos for us to see. When it's that cold, I imagine the clods of dirt don't crumble as they would in the summer's heat. And, if that's the case, maybe some gold clods don't fall apart and are discarded before they drop onto the sluice? Always interesting.
Actually, just the opposite Richard. Summer heat hardens the clay. Moisture softens it substantially. 👍
It wouldn't be worth it. The gold is trapped in the sluice
There's are many factors that play into that equation. Depends on sluice size, angle, and riffle type. As a general measurement, the rate at which a piece of material flows over the slice is 1ft./sec. Always a good starting point. 👍
Nice gold.looks like it's rite out of the rock...sharp ...
Oh yeah, the source is very close. In past 100 years, nobody has found it. Maybe my lucky day ? Lol !!
I was surprised to see that water stay so clean for that long coming out of the spray bar processing that heavy clay! Great setup, and nice gold!
Isn't that amazing ? The sand filters easily double the life of the water. 👍
Great stuff, love ya channel
I really enjoy your Vid's , thank you Sir :)
Your a legend Alan, absolutely awesome mate really enjoyed the video and the wash plant runs awesome on that type of material
Thank you Sir. Took quite an effort but I think we got perfected. Best of luck to you over there. Cheers mate !! 🤠⛏⚒🍻👍👍👍
I love your channel ❤️
Thanks mate. Love watching your channel too ! I know you're busy, and so am I. Hard to find time to watch everyone's video. A lot of good ones out there ! Best of luck to you prospecting. 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
I love this set up, id also like to see a test pan from the wheel borrow and see if anything is lost?
Ya know, you're right. 🤔 Haven't demonstrated that before on video. I'll do that next time. Thanks for the suggestion. I've tested many times off camera. Only found a couple nano-dots in the tails. 👍
@@allansgoldmining thank you that would be great! I think it would show case just how efficient your wash plant is!
That's awesome. Glad ta see alls is well. 😜🤙✌
Thanks for watching Daniel !
@@allansgoldmining any time I love your operation. It's nice to actually see sum one with a brain, to come up with a handy little contraption. That actually works too. Lol. I wish I lived closer. I'd offer you a whole bunch of free pick labor 🤣🤣🤣 🤙👍✌
@@Daniel-vx6uj would be fun I'm sure. Best of luck to you out there !! 🤠⚒⛏👍👍👍
As always love the videos. The trailer setup looks really good if the price is right I'll be getting one for sure.
Thanks for watching Ron. Appreciate the nice compliments. I'm thinking it will be in $4500 range ? 🤔 Very labor intensive to build. I'm looking into avenues to reduce costs, such as CNC sheet metal works, and wholesale on components.
Awesome video there Allan and real nice results! Have you thought about maybe a prewash type set up to get rid of some of the clay stuff? Would it also help break down some of the harder chunks? I've been thinking of a small conveyor type system to use. Anyway hope to see you out there, and the weather will be changing soon...... yee haw.
Chris
Hi Chris ! Thanks for watching. Actually, the high frequency emitted by the vibrator (60 hertz) is enough to break up almost all the clay balls.
Hey Allan. Have you ever thought to make up a set of plans for your wash plant? You could then sell the plans over the internet
One of these days I will, after the patents are approved. 👍
Allan, love your videos, energy and engineering ingenuity! When are we going to see the prototype into a production system so we mere amateurs can join the real prospector crew out in a desert near you? I saw the preview! Where's the website or contact information? That Desert Rattler stings! Would love to talk through your thoughts and some of my ideas for my big move to Arizona!
Hi Christian. Thank you for you kind words and questions. Much appreciated ! Currently working through the patent process and making a few changes to the design for better manufacturing. Once it's up and running and proven to my standards, will post a video and get a website started. Hopefully, by next year, if the economy doesn't crash ? Best of luck to you !! 🤠⛏⚒👍
Hello from Denmark
I have a few projects that I nhave been saving for and I really would like to meet up with you someday and try to make a good size washplant
Perhaps one of these days I'll host an open house at the claim. Give everyone an opportunity to run the Gold Rattler. Maybe someday build a Mega Rattler ! 👍
@@allansgoldmining ya I am interested in how your gold machine works and impressed with circulation process. It all about water and time to run it to get more pay than you pay out.
be in barstow this weekend. placer pete claim then most likely out by randsburg. the 6 feet under claim i use a estwing geo/ paleo pick real light. home depot has a 2.5 lb pick even my buddy got the estwing pick. just a thought not telling you what to do hope you have a good day boss
Thanks for the tip. We'll check it out. Good luck prospecting !!
Great video as always.
Have you tried the Dream Mat in the sluice, thinking the Cape D style?
Trailer is looking awesome.
Can't wait until you have them commercially available.
Maybe even a filter module in the works????!
Thanks for watching Jason. I've tested Deam and Hog mats before. The Pickle Puss I'm currently using is much more efficient and doesn't require a long length. Virtually all the gold is trapped in the upper 3rd of mat. The lower 3rd collects only a few nano-dots. The commercial version will include a filter system, just like the test model. 👍👍👍
@@allansgoldmining hopefully I’ll see you at the Phoenix GPAA gold and treasures show in March
I'm planning on being there.👍
Nice wash plant that thing is hi tech. Are you an engineer for NASA? I’m gonna to incorporate some of your ideas into my mining techniques. Thanks for showing us your awesome set up.
Ha ! I could have been, but Jimmy Carter killed those ambitions when I was in high school. Chose medicine instead. My true 💘 is aeronautical engineering.
Allan! Nice job! What's the ballpark price for your commercial design?
Thanks Edwin ! Just tested the trailer wash plant last weekend. Worked amazing ! My best guess on price is about $4200 - 4600. Includes everything except water tanks, generator, and sand.
@@allansgoldmining That's a great value!👍
Man!!! The silt separator is exactly what I needed for our recirculating system, I can’t believe how well that works. Truly awesome! Did you build that one?
Yep, all built by me. 👍 Cool contraption isn't it ? Hope to be manufacturing them in the future.
@@allansgoldmining I think they are pivotal in recirculating operations, and I would have purchased one for sure if I could have found a small one like this.
Think you would gain anything by throwing down pond liner, and pre-soaking your material?
You could do that. Not sure if it would any gain with my situation ? It's an extra step and require hauling more water. Won't reduce clay content. Thanks for watching, and appreciate your thoughts ! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
really is a well engineered and designed system you made Allan, great job! Will these unit's be for sale soon?
Yes Sir. The commercial prototype is ready for testing. Hope to start production in 1-2 years. Keep in touch. 👍
interesting concept, but just a little overly complicated for my taste... i look at it and see a lot of work, not from mining, but from a cleaning repair and maintenance viewpoint ...that just added to the mining - so allen, i know you were already familiar with wet processes in the desert, how does this compare to using trommels out there (and recovery rate) - and where did you see the 'need' for the transition? just curious
Hi Greg. Very good questions. If you visit my channel you can watch the equipment evolution over the years. A shaker deck and dewatering deck are more durable than trommels, and require very little maintenance. All equipment requires some form of maintenance, even a dry washer, high banker, or dredge. You will never find maintenance free production equipment. Once you understand the functionality, it's not so complex. The system was designed in this manner to maximize gold recovery at the highest level of water conservation. Less complex systems yield less gold. The science bares this out. I noticed that the trommel had a difficult time breaking down hard clay, even with a pre-wash. Using a high frequency vibrator on a steel plate was the answer. The same for dewatering. A dewatering trommel was limited to 60 mesh screen, thus leaving an abundance of material in the water. However, a high frequency vibrating dewatering deck could operated at 200 mesh. 16 times more efficient. 👍 Thanks for watching, and best of luck prospecting. 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
@@allansgoldmining - actually a reasonable, well thought out answer (and thanks for the reply) - not sure you have me convinced yet, but i respect the level of focus given to water conservation relative to the environment your working in. I'm going to go ahead and subscribe to your channel (way too many prospecting channels to subscribe to them all, lol) (and yes Jeff, your one of my favorites) and quietly watch how this turns out and what direction you take it in. Good luck and hope to see your progress.
@@gregj7523 thanks for the subscribe ! Hopefully, I can encourage you over time. It's been a fun experience but challenging road to end up where I'm at. Don't mind sharing with fellow prospectors. Yeah, Jeff is one of my favorites. I happen to stumble by his channel a few years ago, when I noticed this guy dresses up like me. Lol ! Turns out we have claims near each other too. We have fun together.. Keep in touch !!
👍👍👍👍☕☕🍩🍩
Thanks for showing us your invention. I'm not an expert at gold mining. Question: is it worth going through a yard of material to get a gram of gold. It looks like too much work for such a small amount of gold. Please don't take my question and or comment as being critical because I have much respect for you and your knowledge. It confused me to see such a mammoth effort for little return. I know its a hobby and yes you do get exercise. I would be open to your thoughts too.
Thank you for your thoughts and questions. My videos are centered around the function of the operation. The gold is a byproduct. Lol ! Average grade for most desert placers is about 1 gram/yd. It is very profitable moving volume, however, as a hobby using pick an shovel, not so much. There are better areas to work compared to my location and could contain rich pockets. Consider it like fishing. You spend thousands of $$$ on tackle, boat, license, and accessories to catch a $10 fish. 😊 Best of luck to you prospecting !! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
Have you run Osceola type clay through that minature beast?
Hi Thomas. Never been over there. One of these days ? Is it like a thick gray clay ?
@@allansgoldmining no,red clay best way to process is alot of water, agitate it with a drill and paddle
Sounds like yucky stuff ! I think Alan Robertson has similar up in Montana ? He has to soak it in a wheelbarrow for a day. But it has gold.
hey just wanted say hi and how ya bean? Its 9 degrees here today
Burr !! Cold here too. Looking the arrival of spring. Going to hit the gold hard. 😉⛏⚒👍
Allan, what is the status of this going into production?
If all goes well, probably about a year. Thanks ! Best of luck to you 👍
ARE YOU GOING TO BUILD ANY
FOR SALE THANK YOU MATT O
Hi Matt. You betcha ! If all goes well, I hope to start production in about a year. I'm testing the commercial version this weekend at home. If all goes well, we will haul it out to the claim and shoot a video. Stay tuned ! 🤠⛏⚒👍
Do you sell that setup
Not yet, but planning to, once the patent process is completed. 👍👍👍
how much is the plant?
I haven't settled on price due to materials inflation, but somewhere between $4500 to $5500 for the trailered wash plant. Very labor intensive to build. Thanks for watching !
@@allansgoldmining Thanks your your quick response. I must say, your videos are very inspiring.
Isn't that that clay holding gold.?
No. It's clay that has been liberated of its gold. The clay is broken up and gold liberated on the upper shaker deck. The gold is collected in the sluice. The waste slurry from the sluice flows onto the dewatering shaker deck. The vibratory physics causes the clay to dehydrate and clump back together before exiting the plant. Dewatering deck is the first step in an efficient water filtration / recycling process.
