จะขยายพันธุ์ง่าย ขนาดไหน ไปชมกันค่ะ
Today, I'm going to show you how I propagate this succulent, Senecio Stapeliiformis.
It's easy.
Just cut the stem
Let the cut end dry out
Plant it in the soil
Water
Place it in the shade
It will grow roots in 2-3 weeks.

Thank you for the English subtitles. The plant is called the pickle plant, which I just found out today. I picked up the plant last year and it has grown so much that I'll have to put it in a hanging planter. The little points are the leaves 🙂imagine that! One of the stems fell out of the pot, and the end was dried out so I put it in the soil to propagate under a grow light and now it has rooted.

English subtitles very helpful, thank you. I am growing a lot of Kleinia stapeliiformus. Probably have over 20 stems in individual pots. I am in zone 6 in USA and found that it grows in winter under artificial light and does well in direct sun during summer. I did however, have issues with 4 of the pots. Not sure if it is rot or if it dried out. I give it moderate watering and have been fertilizing it gently this summer. The stems are all over the place. I only wish the stems would all be nice and fat. I took a stem that fell off and will try to propagate it in several pieces. I think I will also try some sandy soil with one of them. I have enough to make a couple of experiments with them.

I think they are dormant in summer, so better not give them any fertiliser and give less water. And it's good to do some experiments and learn from it. Because different environments, weather, watering or soil make different results. Anyway, I live in Queensland, Australia. And I have been learning about succulent for 3 years still get trouble with them sometimes. 😅 Cheers
@@SucculentCho Thanks for the tips. Your English is great. I agree with not all succulents being the same. Some actually do get thirsty while others could just hold out till the cows come home. I'll look into doing some comparisons.
They don’t like a lot of fertilizer I would dilute the fertilizer if I were you I have a couple of those plants
@@zap4980 I use Neptunes for tomatoes. Very gentle. 2 2 2 more or less.

Thank you for this video! I kept wanting to know what it looked like to propagate, but no one had pictures! I’m wondering, did the mother stalk eventually start regrowing? What does it look like now?
I'm glad that my video is helpful. 😍 The mother plant is starting grow longer about 1 ft. Long now. It's autumn now in Australia which means its waking up from dormant to growing season soon. I might do the repotting and update video to show you later. See you soon 😊

ไม่รู้ชื่อไทยเลยค่ะ แต่แปลจากภาษาอังกฤษ น่าจะเรียกว่า ต้นงู ส่วน Senecio จะเป็นชื่อที่กว้างมากค่ะ เช่น สร้อยไข่มุก (String of Pearl) ก็อยู่ในตระกูล Senecio เหมือนกันค่ะ😁
