    I love this recipe! I add a few spinach leaves to get an added veggie boost. I sometimes eat a few for breakfast bites on the go.

    Thanks for this recipe. How many inch pan should I use for 5 eggs? I have a huge pan

    • @koreanbapsang6835
      @koreanbapsang6835  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Really doesn't matter. If you use a smaller pan, the roll will be thicker. For this video, I used my 12-inch pan. For 3 eggs, I used a 10-inch pan.

  • @therealmaxspeedster
    @therealmaxspeedster 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How long should you let it cool after removing it from the pan?

  • @chins4tw
    @chins4tw 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How long do you leave it to cool after taking it out of the pan? I tried 5 minutes and the next day 10 minutes but it was still too warm and broke apart when I cut mine with a knife.

    • @koreanbapsang6835
      @koreanbapsang6835  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      hmm you just need a few min to cool. If still breaking after 10 min, it could be something else causing it, not the temperature.

    • @chins4tw
      @chins4tw 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@koreanbapsang6835 I'll try cooking it for longer next time so the top is more set before rolling. It looked fine to me without any egg moving at all when tilting the pan but perhaps I'm not cooking it long enough.

    Hi love your recipies. One suggestion if you reduce the volume of the back ground music when you are speaking it will be easier to hear what you are saying. Infact when you are speaking you really don't need any background music. Also if you choose a gentle softer track without drum beats it will be nicer.

    Surely the carrot doesn't have time to cook through when doing this? It'll remain hard after cooking the egg roll for just a couple of minutes.

    • @koreanbapsang6835

      Chop it finely. Also, the carrot doesn't have to be cooked through.

    This is a great video with lots of great information. But the music absolutely has to go. For one, not everyone likes the music you like, and secondly, I can barely hear what you're saying, but I sure can hear that music I don't like! Anyway, I hope you'll dump the music and just have future videos with just cooking noises and/or your additional instructions. Thank you for the great instructions and clear video work.
