For me the key is to use the same strength I allowed others to take/rob me of and channel that energy into me. I reflect back at times where I was always in defense mode which absorbs so much energy and putting out fires constantly and work and operate from a place of proactive. It wasn’t easy at first and certainly easier to revert back to working from the defense , however I kept reminding myself to work through the uncomfortableness for a life of peace and comfort that I provide for ME. It will be challenging and it won’t be easy but think about how hard you have worked to spread yourself so thin for others and you too will see how very strong and courageous you are Capricorns!!!! It's natural. If it's toxic, though, listen to Queen Ra. I had to cut my own mother out of my life. It was extremely painful, but it got better over time. I mean, I cried, screamed, and had a major meltdown. It was a situation that forced the final shutdown. Her two sisters were just as cruel to their kids. I think that's why I went totally the opposite of my daughter, which wasn't good either. I'm trying to get my balance back. ❤️
