If you ask me, shotgun got the treatment it deserved, and so did hitman. Hitman era has long since ended with the nerf of back pedalling and back dashes, as well as it not having a special gimmick to make it fit as a legendary style, its basically "training wheels" the style and not much more.

I made a video of its early gameplay yesterday too that barrage ability during a m1 string is what makes them so similar it does very high damage and is nearly unavoidable and so satisfying to land!

When you press R for the first time perfectly, you enter a buffed state, and when you do it again, you do the double barrage and go back to your non-buffed state and if you miss your R you'll just do a one arm barrage
