You really need to make more courses and tutorials! Despite the internet being filled with tutorials, not all of them are taught with this high quality. We need more of this quality to exist!

Thanks for using the desktop app! When I was first learning GH, so much of it was also having to learn the CLI, Bash, Zsh, etc. and it was all pretty overwhelming. The desktop app makes what you're doing clear...and then it makes sense to work in the CLI after you have a conceptual understanding. I would LOVE an advanced Git course! I still struggle with merging, rebasing, etc. and would love a similar video. Keep up the great work!

this might be my new school mentality (only been learning for a year) but with this tool is a LOT clearer what you are doing and where you are working, I get old school developers don't want to leave VS code to open github desktop but thats why we have multiple monitors. I don't know why anyone would prefer to work on the command line....

I was roped into a project that's short staffed and I need to help code. I'm still new to coding and need to become familiar with Github as I have to start helping out the next day. This tutorial may have saved my backside from a lot of confusion as it's super easy to follow since I already have the Desktop app and was dreading using the terminal as a beginner.
