    Using drip irrigation will be a challenge to cope with their usual harvests, drip irrigation requires to cultivate in lines and numbered plants according to the numbers of holes in the tap which could be very minimal compared to what they are doing, big numbers of plants in the small space

      Man let me tell you something drip irrigation is the only way to save water and high yield dont talk abiut about what you dont know .with irrigation system + good nutrition program with good seeds you will be 18 tons plus an acre

      @@abdikafimohamed9996 I actually cultivate through drip irrigation so I don't know what you're talking about, you've said about saving water and high yield which both aren't seem to be problem to these farmers, they cultivating in the small area but serving the big regional markets using very simpler and economical methods that's why no one can beat their prices even the rest who are farming by using drip irrigation

      No standard. All is need is a flat basin

      About 2.5m x 6m. Onions on the edges are usually bigger. Smaller basins means more edges but more labour In watering
