International tourists are used to somw basics in their stay, and if we want to generate revenue for your konkan we need to be mindful. Also there are many parts unexplored and will remain the way thwy have always been!

A beautiful resort. I stayed in Rivercoast resort a year ago , and my family liked it. The food was delicious. We came back with happy memories. By the way Devabag is my birthplace.
I recommend the Rivercoast Resort highly.

Please , study Konkan first. Why compare it to Switzerland ? Konkan has its own beauty.

Konkan is still a pristine heaven.Let it be like that .Unruly tourists and litterbugs are unwelcome here.TH-camrs hyping every unspoilt locations has created huge influx of wealthy but dirty minded nuisance mongering tourists ,consequently destroying the fragile ecosystems ,which cant be reimbursed monetarily. We are happy with what we have.We dont want money from modernization.Our real treasure lies in our simple living and the beauty of our land.

I am an orginal Malvankar, staying in Dhuri wada!
She might think malvan is more popular so for larger audience she mentioned name as malvan but in reality many tourists know Tarkarli devbag more than malvan.

मराठी सामान्य माणूस त्याला परवडलं तर पाहिजे, म्हणजे आता हळुहळु हा सर्व परप्रांतीय लोकांना इथे या रहा, मजा करा, खा प्या, घाण करा व निघून जा, जाता जाता कमी किंमतीत सौदेबाजी करुन प्राॅपर्टि हि गरीबांना लुबाडून आपल्या नावावर करा ह्याचा परवानाच दिल्या सारखं आहे
Don't compare with oversease country...let kokan bhoomi ...let as it is....its not required to say Switzerland. ..it means it hs second..in number 1st is Swiss....its should no 1 always ..& example for best ... location..in india u can say .!

The biggest problem I see here is the lack of privacy between the 2 rooms....its good for a family if they book both the rooms...but no couple or a small family would want to share the deck and be this close to strangers after paying premium prices!

पहिले एक ते चार झोपणे बंद करा साहेब 😜Maharashtra is way backward on tourism front as compared to other states such as MP, Karnataka etc which have made tremendous leaps! MTDC is sleeping since decades !!! Why blame pvt resorts then!!! Let's appreciate what's done well!!!
