Cinnamonefa Wilton makes a glitter bottle spray. I have seen this at Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I am pretty sure she is using that one or one similar. The only thing is, she’s right about giving a good amount of distance. The pump can be a little irregular in the amount of each spritz .😊

Great job done. Thanks for sharing but why didn't you add milk and flavour to your buttercream? Thanks

      Hi,
thanks for your question, i'm sorry my response hasn't been quicker!
I add Vanilla bean paste to my buttercream normally but it can show a black fleck effect from the vanilla bean, which is fine if its filling the cake, but on this one i didn't want any black fleck spoiling the effect of the watercolour.
I didn't need to add milk as i had beat it for so long it was soft enough without the added milk.
      hope that helps.xx

I very rarely ever add milk to mine. Honestly like not using as I am limited on space in my frig and as long as my cake doesn’t have a filling that requires refrigeration this works great. Another thing about flavors is that in some instances you can add a touch more to the cake and skip putting it in the icing. If you have a icing test taste customer, they may miss this, otherwise it’s very seldom noticed.

Do you use the same buttercream for making flowers?

Hi thanks for your comment, I do use the same recipe as I find it sets up nicely so I can gently pick the flowers up and put them on the cake. Without fear of damaging them.
      Good luck,
      Lizzie x
