Beautiful David Clydesdale arrangement, originally done for Sandi Patti to sing at the sesquicentennial for the State of Liberty back on July 4, 1986, beautiful played by Mr. Brown in this video. :) Love it!
I usually dislike renditions of the Star Spangled Banner which add a lot of flourishes. Generally they sort of cheapen it. But this was done so well and with such emotion, respect, and a religious-like intensity that came out through the entire performance that I actually liked it very much. I never heard of Mr. Brown before but I will take a look at what else he has done. He is quite outstanding.
What a wonderful performance!!! :-)
