Hello friends,
I am sanket gharat and welcome to my youtube channel #kilomotorsanket
In this video i was riding solo with my honda cbr250 motorcycle | I started early around 6am in the morning and took mumbai pune banglore express highway to reach faster | this road trip to goa i scheduled deliberately in February ie. after lockdown so that i would not get heavy traffic on road | pune banglore express highway is really treat for bikers | you should definitely try this road trip |

Goa is really full of natural glory. Goa is a collage of indian and foreign cultures. It has equal no. Of temples, big churches, and mosque. It has hills with greenery, valleys with rivers and paddy farms, 110 kms of coast, and many things. Cities of Goa have all the amenities of modern world. Roads are far better. Climate is neither cold nor hot. People are friendly and calm. Goa is really a paradise for all those who want to enjoy, worship, see temples, enjoy nature, see spice farms, enjoy casino, everything at one place. You have to choose your motive, you will find everything.

Real thrill is by NH66 Mumbai Goa highway where you experience the heavenly nature blessed to Konkan
Roads are not that worst
Riding a bike it won't make any difference than NH48 Mumbai Pune Bangalore highway as Google maps show the estimated time.
I returned from that road,great experience.

Bro how about comfort and posture on cbr, was it suitable for long ride and would you recommend cuz I'm planning to buy?
Although its sport bike but posture is easy,not like R15.yes suitable for long rides,soft suspension and good ground clearance 32kmpl on highway..all great except low end torque

Recently did pune to murud on my cbr got a average of 37kmpl (due to x95 power petrol ) my friend is also having cbr 2011 bs3 and he got around 39 kmpl
My average speed was 90 kmph at 5k Rpm 6th gear. A year back I did pune to kashid same route same bike and she gave me 32 kmpl before this trip I did change engine oil.

Actually that panvel via palm beach and mahape is my regular route...i am still not very familiar with that kalamboli road😅

It happened somewhere near Amboli ghat
I have gone Goa via amboli 3-4 times never experienced this fortunately.
I also went through the same way everytime.. I guess 7-8 times but this happened iny last trip,one day before Diwali... So I just thought it's best to share my experience with you all here... Just be safe while travelling.

Its always safer with all full gears i agree...but i also believe we should ride sensibly all the time..btw i wear elbow and knee guards while on long rides.

U took wrong and long route after amboli Ghat.. there's is internal road after amboli Ghat towards dodamarg Goa with less traffic.. should have saved you one hour or even more.. Don't trust Google all the time😂

That road is remote road not adviced for a bike rider. No pumps, mechanics, shops . Narrow road and condition is also not very good. So the road through Banda patradvi is a good one.

DON'T take old Mumbai Goa highway. You will get 1 km good road and 1 km off road. Throughout.. I came yesterday and it is really annoying.. everything is under construction.
I returned from old highway,upto sindhudurga is like glass road after that LOL😁
