      10 Muslim Misconceptions About Jesus
Contrary to the Bible, Muslims view Jesus as one of their own prophets, though they do believe in his virgin birth, his God-given title of Messiah, his many miracles, his rejection by the Jews, his ascension into heaven, and his second coming. However, without knowing the Bible, Muslims do not understand how all of these things fit together. Please feel free to forward this to your Muslim friends to encourage discussions about the historical Jesus, as taught in the Bible.
      1. The name "Isa" isn't correct. "Esau" was a different biblical character whose name means "hairy" (Ge 25:25). In the Old Testament, the name of God is Yahweh, and the name of Jesus is the Greek form of "Yeshua", which means "Yahweh alone is Savior". This is the name announced by the angel Gabriel, because "He will save his people from their sins." (Mt 1:21)
      2. "Christ" (in the Greek) or "Messiah" means "Anointed One of Yahweh", the title given to the descendant of King David who would rule over Israel and the entire earth forever (Ps 2, Isa 9:7). Not surprisingly, many Old Testament descriptions of this figure are God-like. What is even more surprising, however, are the prophecies that state that the Messiah would be rejected and killed by his own people (Isa 53), yet somehow because of this, all nations on earth would turn to Yahweh and worship him (Ps 22:27, Isa 49:6-7).
      3. The prophet Isaiah prophesied 700 years earlier that the Messiah would be born of a virgin (Isa 7:14). This ancient prophecy also stated that another name of his would be "Emmanuel", which means "God with us" (Mt 1:22-23). The virgin birth is the fulfillment of an even older prophecy given to Eve, right at the outset of humanity, that one day the "Seed of the Woman" would triumph over Satan (Ge 3:15). Jesus is not the Son of God because of the virgin birth (since God can create anything out of nothing). However, the virgin birth is one of many signs that point to Jesus' unique status as Son of God.
      4. Jesus performed more amazing miracles than anyone. Sight to the blind (Jn 9), speech to the mute (Mk 7:35), and strength to the lame (Jn 5) were all special signs of the Messianic Age (Isa 35:5-6, Lk 7:22). God alone is the one who grants these powers to mankind (Ex 4:11). Jesus also befriended the despised and downtrodden (Mk 2:17), cured diseases (Lk 8:44), and released people from demonic possession (Mk 5:1-20), demonstrating that he was not just the King of Israel, but also the Great Physician and restorer of all broken humanity. Finally, Jesus could also raise the dead (Jn 11), forgive sins (Mk 2:10-11), and control nature with a mere word (Mk 4:35), things that only God can do.
      5. Christians did not make Jesus a partner of God. He always WAS God and IS God (Jn 1:1). Christians agree unreservedly with Muslims that God is one (Mk 12:29, Dt 6:4), unique and unlike anyone or anything else in creation. He is beyond human senses and human comprehension, and even the angels cannot fully bear his sight (Isa 6:2). However, because of his great love for us, God has revealed himself in ways that humans could understand (theophanies), and many of these special occasions have been recorded in the Bible. When God spoke to Moses out of the burning bush (Ex 3), he was truly present in the bush and speaking directly to Moses. The bush was not "God's partner" nor was Moses worshipping a bush. Every time God manifests himself in the physical realm it is through the Word (Jn 1:18, Heb 1:3). God created the universe through his Word (Jn 1:3). The life of Jesus was the most complete revelation of God ever. Not just his words, but his entire human life was an exact representation of the divine character (Jn 1:14, Heb 1:3). This is why the disciple John calls Jesus the "Word of God".
      6. As God, Jesus was the only human to ever to live a morally perfect life (2 Cor 5:21). Every word and action exactly displayed the perfect character of God (Jn 14:9-10). Unlike Muslims, Christians and Jews learn from the Bible that the prophets were human, just like us, and fallible. King David committed adultery (2 Sam 11), and Solomon's many wives led him into idolatry (1 Ki 11). While you may have not committed either of these particular sins, any hateful word, lustful look, or broken promise still falls far short of the perfection of God (Mt 5). God’s punishment for sin is death (Rom 6:23, Eze 18:20), so no human being could bear the sins of another, much less even his own. However, as the only one who could bear our sins, Jesus willingly offered his life as a sacrifice for us (John 10:18, Romans 3:25). In this way, God demonstrates both his justice (by exacting the punishment for sin) and mercy (by forgiving us and taking upon himself the consequences of our sin).
      7. As the only divine human being, Jesus did not lord his special status over other human beings. He came not to be served, but to serve (Mk 10:45). He washed his disciples' feet, despite their objections (Jn 13:8). He never used his divine power to make his own life easier, as his greatest enemy, Satan, tempted him to do (Mt 4:1-11). Rather, he used his authority to demonstrate his true identity to his disciples and to lift the burdens of others (Mt 8:17).
As a perfect human, Jesus also prayed and did everything in complete submission to the Father (Jn 17). Muslims are always fond to point out that Jesus stated that the Son can do nothing by himself and that he can only do what his Father shows him. However, Jesus immediately goes on to state that the Father does NOTHING WITHOUT THE SON (Jn 5:19). Father, Son, and Spirit are always united in thought and action (Ge 1:1-3, Jn 14). As human beings, we are not always in control of our mind or body, but God is always unified in his complete being, though this remains beyond our comprehension.
      8. Jesus repeatedly told his disciples that his purpose was to die as a sacrifice for our sins (Mk 10:45). When his disciples objected to this, he rebuked them in the strongest possible terms (Mt 16:23). He challenged his disciples to follow him to his death (Mt 16:24). The Last Supper, beautifully portrayed by Leonardo da Vinci, shows the most solemn and important ceremony instituted by Jesus, in which Christians regularly commemorate his death by eating bread (his "body") and drinking wine (his "blood")(Lk 22:19-20). The original Last Supper was a celebration of the Jewish Passover (Lk 22:8), which commemorates God's deliverance from Egypt and the birth of the nation of Israel (Ex 12). In it, a lamb is slaughtered, and the firstborn sons of Israel were spared from the angel of death if the doorposts of their house were covered by the blood of the lamb. It is no accident that Jesus died during the Passover feast, which is why he is called the "Lamb of God" (Jn 1:29).
There is no confusion over the death of Jesus. He was condemned to death in a public trial before Pontius Pilate (Mk 15). He was nailed to the cross by the Romans and spoke to his mother and his disciples from the cross (Jn 19:26). During the torture of crucifixion, you need to flex and extend your legs just to breathe, but Jesus died and was no longer moving his legs, so everyone knew he was dead. They did not have to break his legs to stop his breathing (Jn 19:33). This also explains why the ancient Israelites were not allowed to break any of the bones of the Passover lamb (Ex 12:46).
God is not a God of deception. If he had chosen to vindicate his servant by miraculously saving him, he would have made this clear to everyone including his enemies and his followers. Instead, history unambiguously records that Jesus truly died.
      9. But God did vindicate his servant by raising him from the dead. After Jesus had completed all of his work, he fully rested on the Sabbath. He was then raised to life on the first day of the week, which is why Christians worship on Sunday. He showed his pierced hands to prove that it was truly him in the flesh (Jn 20:27) and that he had the authority to lay down his life and take it up again (Jn 10:18). Jesus spoke, walked, and ate with his disciples over a period of 40 days (Acts 1:3). After 40 days, he ascended into heaven, promising to return again (Acts 1:11). When he returns, it will not be as a suffering servant but as the everlasting king of kings.
All human beings are faced with the question of whether there is life after death. The Resurrection answers this question with an emphatic yes! Jesus promised that if we follow him, we will be raised just like him (Jn 11:25).
      10. The Injil, that is, Gospel or "Good News", about Jesus is for all nations. Jesus said that he was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel because he was their king, and it was his mission to suffer and die for them. However, Jesus taught his disciples to proclaim his death and resurrection and to make disciples of all nations (1 Cor 11:26, Acts 1:8, Mt 28:16-20). He charged his disciples with preserving the truth of the gospel and protecting it from false teachers and false prophets (Mt 7:15-20, Mt 24:23-26). He also promised that the Holy Spirit would give them the words to say (Lk 24:15, Jn 14:26, Acts 1:8), so that their words would be the very words of God. Jesus’ disciples recorded his teachings and his life story for all time (Lk 1:1-4, Jn 20:31), and we have their testimony preserved in the New Testament.
In his great mercy, God made Jesus not only the Savior of Israel, but also the great hope of the entire world, just as he promised through the Scriptures. Will you believe the Good News and follow Jesus the Messiah as Lord and Savior?
(Please read around the Scripture references to confirm that everything I have said is true. You will also find many other convincing proofs that the Gospel is real!)

Alhamdulillah, I am a converted Muslim and I am proud of it, but what many of my brothers doesn't seem to understand is, that the bible was written in Hebrew. It's a old Hebrew language that not even well educated Jews from today can properly understand. The very first word can have multiple meanings and that's a fact!! Taking this into consideration, it may happened that people translated it wrong.
We know the struggle in our Quran, you shall read it in Arabic, because only like that, you know the exact meaning.
So if we Muslims know the struggle why do we judge religions, knowing that the bible is NOT invented in english, but everybody here reads it in english?
Watch your religion, debate in peace, but if you talk about someone, make sure the person is next to you. And if you judge something, make sure you asked someone who's knowledged in that.
    Subhaan Allah 🤲

The fabricators and deceivers from the enemies of Islam were confused about the source of the Qur’an, once they said that Muhammad was the author of the Qur’an, again they said that it was copied from the legends found in the Torah, a third time they said that it was written by Omar and Othman, a fourth time they said that it was written by ubbai Ibn Ka’b Fifth time, they said that the Qur’an was taken from the writings of the ancient philosophers.
These days they say that the Qur’an is taken from the Gospel of waraq Ibn Nofal, which is buried in the desert now...
group of these deceivers in today's world claim that the Qur'an is in Syriac, not in Arabic...
See how they flounder in their delusion?
The Qur’an is a miraculous text, there is no doubt about that even for them.. And whoever denies that, the challenge from within the Qur’an will continue until the Day of Resurrection..
The previous messages on Islam were specific to certain peoples, and they were distorted, and the last message had to be preserved from the hands of abusers so that it would be a proof against all humans until the Day of Resurrection, so God Himself preserved it...

Muhammad was never a true prophet.
I say that because, a true prophet must receive a direct call from God, especially if he is to be the founder of a religion.
Muhammad did not receive a direct call from God.
      Let's start from the beginning.
Muhammad was one day meditating in the cave, a spirit visited him, pressed his chest tightly such that, he thought he was going to die. But on each occasion, Muhammad told the spirit he was illiterate and couldn't read.
After this encounter with the spirit in the cave, Muhammad thought he had been visited by a demon and ran to his wife in fear. He said to Khadija, his wife, 'cover me' she covered him until his fear was over.
Muhammad related what had transpired in the cave to his wife and said, 'O Khadija, what is wrong with me? What has happened to me? I am afraid for myself! However, Khadija and on the advice of lbn Neafal her cousin managed to convince Muhammad that the spirit was Gabriel.
But the spirit did not introduce itself as the angel Gabriel.
It is of great importance to identify the spirit who squeezed Muhammad at the cave of Hira near Mecca.
Was the spirit really angel Gabriel?
      The answer is absolutely No!
      1) Had the spirit been Gabriel, he would have calmed Muhammad and relieved his fear. But the spirit left him in extreme distress. The angel Gabriel appeared to many people before his alleged visit to Muhammad and each time the first thing he did was to allay that person's fear.
      i. When Gabriel appeared to Daniel, he was afraid but Gabriel touched him. Gabriel did not squeeze him or cause him pain, Gabriel only touched him (Daniel 8:16-18).
ii. The angel Gabriel also appeared to Zachariah father of John the Baptist who is called Yahya in the Qur'an he identified himself and said to Zachariah : Do not be afraid, Zacharia ...... I am angel Gabriel that stand in the presence of God (Luke 1:13-19)
iii. Gabriel appeared to Mary, MOTHER of JESUS CHRIST our Lord.
Mary was scared but Gabriel said to her: Do not be afraid, Mary (Luke 1:30)
      2) Had the spirit been Gabriel, he would not have contradicted his former revelations. Six hundred (600) years before the birth of Muhammad, the real angel Gabriel said to Mary that she would bear a child who will be the Son of God: The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God (Luke 1:35).
But the spirit which appeared to Muhammad told him JESUS was not the son of God:... The Christians call Christ the son of Allah .... Allah's curse be on them (Sura 9:30).
If; the spirit that appeared to Muhammad were angel Gabriel, it would not have said JESUS was not the son of God.
      3) Had the spirit been Gabriel. He would have taught Muhammad to read and write.
The Qur'an declares that Allah taught JESUS how to write: "'And Allah will teach him the book and wisdom, the Torah and the gospel" (Sura 3:48).
The famous Qur'an Commentator ibn Kathir in his exposition of the Qur'an (vol.1 p.344) says:
'The book mentioned here means write. We would expect that Mohammed, who calls himself the seal of the prophets, would be taught to read and write.
The spirit said in his revelation to Muhammad Read: and thy lord the most Bounteous, who teaches by the pen, teacheth man that which he know not (Sura 96:3-4).
The question is if God teaches man that which he know not by the pen, why did he not teach Muhammad (the 'senior prophet) how to read and write instead of leaving him illiterate all his life?
      4) We learn from Islamic tradition that on several occasions when Muhammad saw the spirit, he would be so frightened he would run home to his wife and ask her to cover him with clothes:
"I was called again and raised my head, and there on the Throne in the open atmosphere he, i.e. Gabriel (peace be upon him) was sitting. I began to tremble on account of fear. I came to Khadija and said: Wrap me up.
They wrapped me up and threw water on me..." (Sahih Muslim book 1 ch.74 no.307 p.100. Narrated by Jabir)
At other times, Muhammad experienced some strange physical symptoms. From Hadith Mishkat, we learn that, sometimes he would shrive and swoon, roar like a camel and white foamy saliva would come from his mouth (Hadith Mishkat iv p.359).
Sometimes when he receive revelation(s) there was the sound like the buzzing of bees near his face (source: Umar Ibnu'l Khattab), while at other times, he felt a tremendous headache.
Muhammad once said: "At times it comes to me like the ringing of a bell and that is most severe for me... and at time an Angel in the form of a human being comes to me... (Sahih Muslim vol.4 book 28 no.5765-5767 p.1248)
However, it is unclear why Mohammed later said, "...The bell is the musical instrument of Satan." Sahih Muslim vol.3 book 22 no.5279, also Abu Dawud vol.2 no.2548 -2550
According Ahmad b. Hanbal, "He became distressed, foaming at the mouth and closing his eyes. At times he snorted like a young camel (Ahmad b. Hanbal I, 34, 464, vi.163). This gave rise to the allegation in certain quarters Muhammad was epileptic.
Prophet Muhammad according to 'Amr Ibn Sharhabil, mentioned to his wife, Khadija, that he feared he was possessed by demons and wondered whether others consider him possessed [i.e. evil spirits] (source: pfanoter 1910:345).
These statements about the physical symptoms exhibited by Muhammad when he saw the spirit were not made by strangers, non Muslims or people who did not know him.
These statements were made by Aisha, Muhammad's favourite wife, relatives and his close followers who strongly believed that he was the seal of the prophets.
All these people happened to be very close to Muhammad, whom knew the alleged prophet well!
Yet when the same angel Gabriel visited Daniel, Zachariah and even Mary, none of them had convulsions with foam coming from their mouths.
Neither did they hear the sounds of bells ringing nor the buzzing of bees near their faces. They did not roar like a camel or swoon, etc.
Over time Muhammad started having some doubts about the revelations he received from the spirit.
Allah (God) directed Muhammad to check the truth from the 'Book:'
If thou wert in doubt as to what we have revealed unto thee, then ask those who have been reading the book from before thee (Sura Yunus 10:94).
The 'book' mentioned in this verse is the Holy Bible.
If Muhammad were a learned man, he would have known what the Holy Bible says concerning Satan:
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. (2 Corinthians 11:14)
Mohammed was not only deceived then, but the hadiths record that later he was under an evil spell too. (Bukhari vol.4 book 53 chapter 34 and vol.4 no.400 p.267)
      (Article credited to Dr Labib).
While truth can be painful, I do not mean to offend; my hope is that all muslims will find the truth and embrace JESUS wholeheartedly - not thru Islam but thru the teachings of the HOLY BIBLE - Only thru JESUS CHRIST can you walk the path towards the Kingdom of Heaven.
      Amen.
      Peace be unto you all.

Many of the things are the same. Eternal reward and punishment, the omni creator, judgement day, prophets, holy books with rules, often the same arguments, the same vague wording that allow different interpretations, worship only this god, a creation story, an end of times story, prophecies worded vaguely and even notice how they never have dates.

The Holy Prophet(PBUH) added: “If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, they will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, they will be from the people of Paradise.”

I have witnessed the genuinenness of this aayah when i just repented only a year ago after a long off-course period in the company of shaitan. Please tell new brothers and sisters who convert to islam that they initially need to toughen their iman, believe in Allah with alot of dhikri, so that iman blossoms in their hearts and they never turn back untill jannah.
الذين آمنوا وتطمئن قلوبهم بذكر الله الا بذكر الله تطمئن القلوب

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
    2
Now the earth was [1] formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
    3
And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.
    4
God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.
    5
God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning--the first day.
    6
And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."
    7
So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.
    8
God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning--the second day.
    9
And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so.
    10
God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good.
    11
Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so.
    12
The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
    13
And there was evening, and there was morning--the third day.
    14
And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years,
    15
and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so.
    16
God made two great lights--the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.
    17
God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,
    18
to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.
    19
And there was evening, and there was morning--the fourth day.

*Before this, He sent down the Torah and the Gospel for the guidance of mankind, and He has sent down the Criterion (of right and wrong).*

"All books before the Qur'an was sent for only those people for that particular period of time."
Not true. Surah 5:44-48 says that the Torah was applicable to Jews in Muhammad's time; they are to "judge by" the Torah. Jesus claimed that "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away" (Matthew 24:35).

@@berfintank7446 "There were no Pharaohs in the time of Joseph there were kings."
Irrelevant, since neither Joseph nor Moses would've spoken to their Pharaohs in Hebrew (or Arabic). That means the dialogue recorded in both the Bible and the Qur'an must be in translation, even if they're accurate records. Either way, that doesn't do anything to get rid of the very serious Qur'anic problem that the Qur'an describes Egyptians crucifying Jews (which they never did).
For my own part, I have no problem with the idea that God inspired scribes to add on extra parts to the Bible (Deuteronomy 34 is a good example, updated city names and political titles would also qualify), since not every book of the Bible was written by the same prophet anyway.
But that's not usually what Muslims tend to mean when they say, "The Bible has been corrupted," at least, not in my experience. Usually they mean something like this: "The Bible once taught Islam, but over history Christian and Jewish scribes (sinfully) changed the Bible to teach heretical doctrine." But they never provide any real evidence for this. You didn't provide evidence. Neither did Ali Dawah. Never once in his video did he answer the actual questions I asked you. Once again: if the Bible was really corrupted from a Muslim original, who did it? Why? When? Where? Did anyone notice? How do you know it happened? How do you know which parts are corrupted and which parts aren't?
Regarding the rest of the video:
      1. Ali Dawah assumes a particular date for the Exodus, one that, from my research, is not as certain as he makes it sound here. If we look at the archaeological evidence, it appears that both Moses *and* Joseph lived before the earliest Egyptian document we have that uses the term "Pharaoh" as a political title (before that it *was* in use, and meant "great house"). If you'd like more detail on this, I recommend the documentary, "Patterns of Exodus."
      2. Ali Dawah makes a big deal about the Bible's use of the term Pharaoh, and claims that the Bible is "correcting" the Qur'an on this issue. I think that's a pretty flimsy assumption, especially since the Qur'an gets so much else *wrong.* For instance, the Qur'an claims that the Egyptians crucified Jews during Moses' day, but we have absolutely no evidence that ever happened. Which is the bigger anachronism: the use of a political title? Or the claim that the Egyptians used a method of execution they never did?
      3. Ali Dawah points to the prophecy in the Qur'an regarding the Romans' defeat and later victory over the Persians, which is really almost the only specific prophecy in the Qur'an except for its prophecies of Judgment Day. But there are certain early copies of the Qur'an that actually contain a textual variant, where the Qur'an makes the opposite prophecy. This doesn't prove Muhammad is a false prophet, but it does mean the Roman victory prophecy isn't all that impressive. If you'd like more details, see this video:
      th-cam.com/video/Tzs3YzyTcWw/w-d-xo.html
      4. Ali Dawah claims that Islam teaches that if you didn't hear Islam properly preached to you in life, you will have a chance to believe it after death. This seems unlikely to me, for three reasons:
      a) according to the hadith, we are all born good Muslims, and the only reason anyone sins/commits shirk is due to outside influences
      b) the Qur'an records Allah doing lots of things to take away from people their excuses for sin, especially shirk. That's literally one of the main reasons he sends prophets to begin with.
      c) If everybody has a better shot at heaven the less they know about Islam, then Allah is actually cruel to send prophets. If he were really going to judge people that way, the most loving thing he could do is let the universe carry on completely ignorant of the truth about him, and then let everyone into Jannah because they didn't know any better.
      5. Ali Dawah claims that "if the Bible is not the Word of God, you have no reason to believe in Jesus' divinity, death for salvation, or resurrection." He's not quite right. Even if Jesus' four biographies, the Gospels, are merely generally reliable historical documents, we have good reason to believe in his death and resurrection, and the only reason anyone really had to execute him was because he claimed divinity at his trial in Mark 14:61-65.
Yet lots of Muslims seem to think that all they need to do to prove their faith to Christians is poke holes in the Bible's inspiration. But this doesn't prove Islam at all. It's not enough for Muslims to say, "The Bible isn't the Word of God"; what they *really* need to prove is, "The Bible once taught Islam, even if it doesn't anymore." And they can't. There's just too much in the Bible, especially the Gospels, that contradicts Islam. Have you ever read it for yourself?
(By the way, I do believe that the Bible is the Word of God.)
      6. Ali Dawah claims that Dave has already admitted that the Bible's been changed. (We don't have that part of the conversation; it's not part of the video.) The main proof that he gives of this is that Protestants/Roman Catholics disagree about which books should be in the Bible. But none of those books are New Testament books (the ones about Jesus' life). None of the books in the New Testament deny Jesus' divinity, death, or resurrection. All or nearly all of them bring each one of those details up in some way--including the ones written earliest.
The few books that Roman Catholics/Protestants *do* disagree on were *all* written before Jesus' time, and yet all the evidence seems to suggest that Jesus himself viewed the disputed books as uninspired (though perhaps still helpful).
All of that said, Ali Dawah seems to think that if Christians disagree on a matter, that somehow means we can't know the truth about that matter. If you're a Muslim, you should be able to recognize how silly this claim is. After all, do Muslims agree on every topic the Qur'an addresses? There are professing Muslims in the world willing to blow one another up over their disagreements! Does this prove that we cannot know the true answer? Of course not.
And what about the reliability of the Qur'an? The early Muslims disagreed on how many surahs should be in the Qur'an. Some early Muslims forgot whole surahs, which still are missing from the Qur'an today. In the years after Muhammad's death, Muslims fought a battle in which many of them, who had memorized the Qur'an, were killed--how do you know you didn't lose part of the Qur'an with them? And of course, after Muhammad's death, Uthman standardized the Qur'an and burned all the variants--how do you know he gave you the right version?
You can find details about this in all of the following sahih hadith sources.
      sunnah.com/bukhari/66/8
      sunnah.com/bukhari/66/27
      sunnah.com/bukhari/66/9
      sunnah.com/muslim/12/156
      sunnah.com/urn/1262630
And by the way, here's a video of Shabir Ally admitting that even today Muslims have different texts of the Qur'an. He says this is not all that different from variants in Biblical manuscripts, but unlike in Islam, no one ever tried to mass burn our variants.
      th-cam.com/video/c0Z7_MAZX5g/w-d-xo.html
      7. Ali Dawah asks who Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are, as if we cannot know anything about their reliability or who they were. But this is nonsense. Luke was a travelling companion of Paul who interviewed early eyewitnesses to Jesus (Luke 1). John knew Jesus personally and saw Jesus die on the cross (John 19). Early church documents identify all of these men as writers of their respective books, and as accurate reporters to the life of Jesus, and no one in the early church ever made counterclaims. We know from evidence within the books themselves that they were all written within 100 years of Jesus' birth, within the lifetime of the eyewitnesses, and they were written for circulation within the early Christian community. If Jesus' original followers had taught those Christians something different, wouldn't you expect them to recognize it--and in turn throw out these false Gospels? In fact, the early church did just that--not with Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, but with later second-century documents that claimed Jesus never had a body and therefore never died on the cross. If you'd like more detail on this, I recommend Richard Bauckham's book, "Jesus and the Eyewitnesses," as well as the following playlist:
      th-cam.com/video/fq-FIIoXWLc/w-d-xo.html
Since the hadith weren't written down until over 200 years after the life of Muhammad, I have never understood why Muslims somehow think that their isnad chains are somehow more reliable than early church tradition.
Now. You didn't answer my questions above. Again: if the Bible was really corrupted, who? How? Where? When? And how do you know?

@@thepilgrim1581 Dear Matthew, you think you can convince an Muslim with a text saying that the Quran is kind of, lets say, satanic, only because you seem to copy paste your thoughts out of google? Thats not gonna happen. You should study your own disagreements in the bibl.
I've been a christian before and i've read both of the Books, not with the attitude of finding failures, but with the the attitude to study the books, because every book is from our beloved god! You should not try to find failures in it, but better ur energy to understand why there are 3 books and how they fit together.
Those Cross references from other people, saying "this and that about the Quran and Mohammad (pbuh)" is the Devil, decieving you. He cannot write such a book at all, but he can decieve a non believer!
I advice you to seek a Sheik, if you really want to understand the real meaning of your references, agree? If you just want to convince somebody of your own meeing, be gone please. I mean like us Muslims should ask a Pastor or somebody similar, if you want to understand the bible correctly - but Mankind is sometimes hard to understand, and thats not an religion thing. Her is what i can tell you about your Points:
      Regarding point 1:
That is because you believe that the “Holy Spirit” was God, but that was not “God” himself. It also has been the same with Jesus --> it was the angel Gabriel. And with the quality of "Holy Spirit" this is wisdom that is conveyed directly from Allah to the Prophet via the angel Gabriel. That is the Holy Spirit, in the quran and the wrong translated bible (read the old hebrew version and you in sha allah will know what i mean).
Try to imagine, or not, that you are an angel and Allah is condemning a book. THE BOOK - THE QURAN - THE TRUTH - and he orders Gabriel, to communicate it to Muhammad (pbuh) who could not write at all. Do you think an angel will stay calm when something important happens? He reacted exactly as he was told to react. With a weaker soul he may react differently, i don't know that, but here he is dealing with the last one, the seal of the prophets. And Mohammad (pbuh) could not read - for a porpose (its written in the quran and if you have good intentions, you will find it yourself!)
      Regarding point 2:
It's hard to explain, but I'll try. The whole argument in your context stands AND falls with the fact that you assume that the written / translated gospel has also been transmitted correctly over the centuries in which it was compiled. (Which is refuted by the Quran because the Old Testament was handed down incompletely) The Quran only came because the Jews and the Christians had started to change the Gospel in such a way, which is owed to the devil. We believe that Jesus (as) as well as Mohammad (sas) received the Holy Spirit, who was not God directly, but the angel Gabriel, who is something like a prophet among the angels.
But to be honest, at this point we don't get any further, because you continue to quote the Gospel and I quote the Quran - so we have to solve this somehow differently, is that how you see it too?
      Regarding Point 3:
Muhammad (sas) therefore never learned to write and read, BECAUSE it is a drawing of God that he then knew an entire book by heart over 23 years and knew it word for word without being able to read and write. You mustn't question a miracle of God, it's a sin! You should not flip the yoin too to say "how could he know a book if he couldn't write, this must be a satanic thing etc."... I hope you understand what i mean.
Counter question, why did Jesus himself pray the "Our Father" even though he is God himself? Why did he himself asked for forgivnes to God, when he is god... why has he been visited by the devil in the desert, when his followers where starving and the devil told him "with your power, you can create food out of a stone ..." and Jesus (as) answered something like "this is only what god should do, not me, i'm not creating things, i just do what he says" - how can you say he is god.. please...
There are multiple disagreements like this.
Therefore every Muslim is encouraged to read all the books, written by god but not to question them - we read it with a "Islamic filter" and that is because we believe that the Quran has not been changed and cannot be changed (which annoys the devil).
      Regarding your 4'th point:
there is so much wrong that in my opinion, I don't know where to start. It seems to me as if it was somehow copied together from different sources. Like "I read something there, wait a minute ..." ... google ... "ah, there it is. But there was more ..." ... google ... "ah, we'll also copy that in ...".
I do not see myself in a position to answer the last point from the point of view of knowledge either, so I leave it.
      Peace be with you

First, islam and other religions are based on previous religions, ideas, myths etc., because man made, and have thereby incorporated the "scientific knowledge" of that time. Second, in modern time, unfortunately, Maurice Bucaille (1920-1998), who was a french physician and private scholar, introduced and popularised the idea that the quran contains modern scientific knowledge. It is quite possible that the quran was fabricated after the death of muhammad for religious and political reasons, incorporating the ideas of the jews and christians to show continuity and justify the system and order at that time.

We all know that actually The Bible are 2 books : one is no less than Torah which is Moses's, the other is no more than compile of scattered letters which is then called the New Testaments written all by non contemporaries of Jesus let alone any of his disciples, none of the letters didn't meant to be a book. The two is bound as one book for a reason only God's know. Its after the Qur'an that the leaders in Christianity urge the need of a similar book of their own. Kind of jealousy. In Indonesia the Bible called "Injil": which adopted a name related to Jesus in The Qur'an. If you meant only the first Book which is The Old Testament , yes it is actually older than the Qur'an. Mohammad grew up in an area with many different Arabic pagan gods. The kabba was a pagan temple with many idols in it. It was one among many of such temples in Arabia. Mohammad was at first a trader. He traded with the jews and christians further away. He was heavily influenced by there religion, so when he made his own he made a mix of the abrahamic God with local paganism. He kept the kabba in mecca but destroyed its idols. Any other pagan temple of the same sorts was destroyed. It is an interesting story really, and if you want to be curious about it you might want to look up the old Arabic pagan beliefs and you can find much of it included in islam, but is not part of the other abrahamic religion's.

⭐⭐⭐ *JESUS IS COMING VERY VERY VERY SOON* !🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺
The return of Jesus is at hand!
JESUS IS THE *ONLY WAY* TO HEAVEN!
    📖 John 14:6 says,
" Jesus says, 'I AM THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES UNTO THE FATHER (in Heaven) BUT BY ME'.
*JESUS CHRIST* is the only, true way to Salvation! It’s the _free gift_ of GOD to all those who believe and trust Him!
*SALVATION* ! is the redemption of one’s soul from eternal destruction after death of man, on this earth, by the cleansing of the blood, and by the death and power of resurrection of Jesus Christ
    📖Acts.4:12 says.
Salvation is found in no one else (except Jesus Christ), for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved."
How is _SALVATION_ gifted to man?
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
    📖John 3:3 says,
Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be Born Again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
    How can a man be *BORN-AGAIN* ?
To be Born-Again in spiritual sense, is to die to our old sinful nature and be born-again in the spirit, to be holy, righteous with a new nature in Christ Jesus.
👉To be born-again, we need to repent & confess our sinful past for a holy future.
    What is *REPENTANCE* ?
👉 _REPENTANCE_ ! Everyone born into this world is a Born-sinner. Human nature is a sinful nature. Sin in us has defiled us and has separated us from the Holy GOD!
We have to repent for all the unholy, lawless transgressions of God’s commandments done willfully or unknowingly, in order to obtain mercy and grace so that we might not be judged and fall into condemnation, the condemnation of eternal hell.
📖 Acts.3:19 says,..✔️Repent, then, and turn to GOD, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD.
    What is *CONFESSION* of sins?
👉 _CONFESSION_ ! The guilt of sin and it’s condemnation is rolled away if one truly regrets his sinful past and confesses them in the presence of Jesus Christ.
    📖Romans.10:9 &10
✔️That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
    📖 1 John, 1st chapter & verse 9 says..
✔️If we confess our sins, He (Jesus Christ) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins(every sin)...
The sole purpose of sending Jesus Christ into this world more than 2020 ago is this👇
    📖John.3:16-17 says "
👉 GOD so loved the world (us) that He (Father GOD) gave His only begotten Son to die for us ( our redemption ), that whosoever believes in Him (Jesus) should not perish (in hell) but have everlasting life.
👉 GOD has not sent His Son to condemn the world (us), but the world (we) through Him (Jesus Christ) might be saved.

Bible exist much older than quran even exist , to say quran is true than bible. Thats the joke of zakir naik present here. To even used science to describes works of god is illogical it self . Another baseless point from from this joker. He thinks he is the god himselfs to explain bible.

Coming to the Energy part. Matter is made up of energy. Its possible to convert matter into energy and vice versa. So even before matter, energy should have existed. Energy becomes denser and can produce mass and turn into matter. So one could believe or my thoughts are that Creator ( if there is one ) could be nothing but a dimension full of energy and its only job is to create matter and rest of all is normal physics and chemistry in the path of natural evolution. So this creator( an entity) has no time to fix peoples stomach pain through prayers. It might not even understand us. We can see light, radio waves, gravity as part of this creator and worship these if necessary than worshiping some man-made religious god. This way people won't fight in the name of religion because they are worshiping nature.

Islam is a syncretic religion: syncretism is the blending of two or more religious belief systems into a new system, or the incorporation into a religious tradition of beliefs from unrelated traditions. This happens quite commonly in regions where multiple religious traditions exist in proximity and function actively in a culture, or when a culture is conquered, and the conquerors bring their religious beliefs with them, but failed in entirely eradicating the old beliefs or (especially) practices. The quran is not a revelation of god but a combination and fusion of different religions. Islam has taken very much from the practices and narratives of judaism, christianity, zoroastrianism and other polytheistic religions known at that time (7-9th centuries). A good example of pagan practices in islam is the kissing and touching of the black stone! The quran and islam are full of fairy tales, stories, gossips, and mythical figures from the bible and christian traditions, such as satan making eve to eat the fruit, not eating pork, ibrahim’s sacrifice, lot and fire in sodom, moses raised by the daughter of the pharaoh, the story of the burning bush, the plagues in egypt and the exit of the jews, the murmurs in the desert, aaron's golden calf, jesus and jesus stories, and so on…. Islam is definitively not an original religion.
