at the moment you cannot exchange candy but the devs will be adding a way to exchange candy for armor and the new secret abilities
How to get secret ability and mythical ability
I don't think you can get the secret ability yet ill make another video about it if they update us on how to get it and you can get mythical abilities from mythical tickets from the salesgirl on sky islands
Buy special arrow in the shop with 100K candy , just scroll down and you will see it
