1) Gaduda the bird is the vehicle mount (vahana) of lord Vishnu , ( Krishna is eighth Avatar of lord Vishnu), 2) like many others things Sanatan hindu dharma exclusively don't tell any thing good or bad , same for snakes too Not all snakes are worshiped . great snakes : Vasuki ( the snake king you see around the neck of lord Shiva), Seshnag or Adi Shesha (5 or 7 headed on whom lord Vishnu use as bed ), Astika ( half brahmin half snake) ,Maa Manasa (queen of snake , mother of Astika , sister of Vasuki) etc...are worshiped like Gods in dharma tradition specially in Sanatan hindu tradition. But there are snakes like Kalia , kal Nagini those are not considered Godly bcoz they harmed others...
