    Just as easy is to think about the thing that you want and smile, you'll notice an extremely reduced ability to think about the problems of the situation because you have associated it with a smile.

    1. Focus on a subject that is easy to feel good (example: a dog that you like)
    2. Sometimes you dont have vibrational acess to something that feels REALLY good, and you have to focus on something neutral or just pleasant and you gonna attract better feelings, its gonna grow

      I’m learning to do this more often it really works, I think about a good burger I had or a movie I love and focus on it for a good minute and it sends me into a spiral of good thoughts and feelings

      *BUT* do it for the feeling, not for the manifestation, because if you do it for the feeling, the manifestation will come.

      @@vortex4785 Thankyou so much, past few days I have been trying to just focus solely on feeling good, for the first day and second it was hard, but it’s getting easier, and I’m just feeling happier and at ease!!

      Find something that makes you feel a little good, doesn't have to be 100% good.
      But if give you 0.1% good feeling LOA will do the rest and attract better things.

      Strong wanters are strong resisters, not better manifesters.
      I've been listening to Gregg Braden lately & it dawned on me that you resist in 2 ways: by JUDGING (something/someone) & by WANTING (whatever, fill in the blank).
      To judge is to resist what-is; to want is to resist your quantum-level what-is. As long as you're judging anything at all, you're not accepting unconditionally, hence your vibration is out of sync with the state of allowing requisite to manifesting your desire.
      Likewise, if you're locked in that wanting mode, you're (inadvertently) confirming that you do not already have that which you want, but you DO have it on a vibrational/quantum level; you just do not yet have 'physical' (energetic) evidence of the object of your desire. So in a spell of sustained wanting, you're vibrationally out of tune/sync with the having of it & therefore not in a position to receive it.
      What's really refreshing is to suddenly, effortlessly, find yourself in possession of, or in the presence of, something your ego-self didn't even know you wanted! But your soul always knew. I think that's the natural culmination of simply living in the current (continuous momentum) of your own Truth; happily, confidently, gratefully, calmly aligning with who you are on a moment to moment basis.
      Jesus said: See things as you want them to be, not as they are.
      See, as in imagine, FEEL your already-manifested desire right now, but without resisting (judging) conditions as they presently are. Notice that in this context, 'want' (similar to 'intend') does not function as a verb; wanting in itself is not the focus/target of your energy. Rather wanting only identifies said target & provides directions to it.

      @@steak8278 Yes, that's an improvement, I think! 'Prefer' (or desire) is energetically less infused with the lack subsumed in 'want'. And 'appear to be' corroborates the idea, or rather the truth that 'all things are wrapped in appearances.' What-is is what-you-perceive, nothing else.

      @@steak8278 Fascinating! I was reading along, expecting your trail of nudge-following to culminate in the fulfillment of your original intention to fall asleep! As if maybe there's an unknown natural sedative in vegetable juice, haha. But I do get your point; you responded to an impulse, or a series thereof, like a breadcrumb trail enroute to discovering--and reveling in--something your mind didn't know you then wanted!
      Very different from simply satisfying a craving for a particular food/drink, which is experienced as a conscious wanting presaged by a familiar & thus predictable level of satisfaction in the satiation of said craving.
      I always said that magic is not so very magical (& yet it is!) because the magical or the miraculous in one's life is really just a function/product of Self-alignment which of course entails the unquestioned pursuit of illogical impulses. The universe does not run on logic; it spins on an axis of harmony.
      Abraham often differentiates between doing what you feel & doing what you (think you) should. In my observation, most people are 'shoulding' themselves to death; you see it in their choice of career & mate, in virtually every pocket of their experience, paying, in extreme 'shouldiness', the forfeit with their lives, as in terminal cancer.
      I honestly believe that all pain, all dis-ease, dys-function, dis-comfort, dis-whatever--is but a manifestation of one's resistance to living one's own Truth. What do you think auto-immune disease is all about? One's cells turning against one's own body--an energetic consequence of one's (sustained) denial of/resistance to living in the current of one's own Truth! I know; I experienced it for 2 years; my every symptom began to resolve within 24 hours of returning to ME by re-engaging with my heart's passion--writing fiction. I now enjoy perfect health!

      @@steak8278 It's not my quote, so I can't take credit; just google it. I think it appears somewhere in the Bible, not sure where exactly.
      The word 'love' trumps 'like'. Abraham speaks of 'gathering your bouquet of all the ways you love to feel' & remaining in that vibration, on that "high-flying disk", as they say. Feeling is, after all, the first line of manifestation. Without being specific, you're not resisting what you really want; you're then in a general state of allowing. What you then attract confirms/supports/justifies that feeling.
      Fine-tune as you go, by filling in details, focusing on/calibrating to what you want (your quantum-level what-is) thereby speeding up the manifestation process. First feel or segment-intend, as they explain so eloquently in the video titled 'Create Your Own Bubble of Well-Being'--wherein I posted some comments.
      I do have a personal quote: 'Everything is a matter of perception & what you perceive is a matter of choice.'
      Judgement is part & parcel of perception, for sure. I find it helpful to imagine my unwanted what-is as a river; let it flow THROUGH you without meeting any resistance WITHIN you. Ignore it to the extent that you can. If it's un-ignorable, like your imbecile of a boss, then just find ways to allow it--don't deem it worthy of disturbing your inner peace, don't (choose to) assign to it the power to lower your vibration. Of course, not everything in your current river of what-is will be pleasing to you but to judge (resist) is to dam that river, though ironically, it's not the river you block but yourself as you are then not in a state of allowing (your desires).
      As a writer, I'm an inveterate stickler for 'proper' grammar. One You Tuber put me in my place when she spoke of years wasted trying to "talk proper' & "walk proper" but in making those efforts, she said she just "didn't feel good"; it felt inauthentic to her. Well, I was mind-blown...never considered it from that angle! Unless I am helping her write a formal academic paper, I have zero business 'correcting' her, in essence, resetting her divinely orchestrated factory settings. Allow her to be, don't judge or 'fix' what is an expression of her own Truth. Lesson learned.

Yes, directly confronting your former grudge & all the components comprising it--is an important part of resolving it, neutralizing it, letting (it) go, liberating yourself from your self-imposed prison. And cleaning up your vibration. What you resist will persist, growing ever larger, gathering momentum, as observed by Carl Jung decades ago.
      What's so freaky about your comment is that just now, before I read it, I noticed (on the right margin here) Brandon Russell's latest upload called 'The Books That Made Me' & in the pic he's holding a copy of the very book I have now from the library titled 'Letting Go' by David R. Hawkins. What synchronicity! The stars are all aligned! I'll go check out that video.
      By the way, my auto-immune issues were characterized by out-of-the-blue joint pains--in my knees, shoulders, & wrists--during which time I was simultaneously aware of a general loss of my inner wellbeing, as if the true ME was flying half-mast or subsisting on mere embers, dim remnants of a bright flame. Your body finds ways to get your attention when you're spiritually/vibrationally off-track. Actually, it's more accurate to say Source/your Inner Being uses your body to redirect your focus, & in ways you can't ignore.

    As you are understanding that a feeling of negative➖ energy is an indicator that you are not in harmony with your greater knowing, many of you have reached the point of saying, “I want to feel good 😊 more of the time.” And we say that is a magnificent acknowledgment, because when you are saying, “I want to feel good,😊” what you are really saying is: “I want to be in the place of positive➕ attraction,” or “I want to be in a place where the thoughts 💭 that I’m thinking 🤔 as I’m feeling good 😊 are in harmony with my greater awareness.”

      I think she means it's ready in vibrational form and when you're ready it will manifest in physical form? :)

      Yeah the way I understand it is when you raise your vibration consistently by being happy and mediation etc., basically when you find a way to produce the emotional feeling (similar or maybe exactly) that you would have if you had your desire
      then you will match your desire and it comes to you bc of law of attraction. Do things that make you happy and don't feel guilty. the videos on "how to raise your vibration" are good.

      that was helpful to me also. I kept with this bc what she was saying felt true . It was such a breath of fresh air to know that we have control over our circumstances. I finally gave myself permission to listen to this after years of thinking.."no don't go there it's the devil trying to get you off the path with God" from my Christian upbringing.
      But NOOO!! it's the TRUTH... it resonates with every fiber of my being. I would say and she also says you have to be ready for it. If you can't resonate with it now, come back later. I suppose I wasn't ready for it until now. What changed?, I'm not sure except that I was at a stalemate with Christians and their BS. And actually, I started using a botanical supplement, which I believe raised my vibration to resonate with Abraham. That's just my opinion. But with any natural plant-derived supplement, we are consuming part of the Earth, which has a powerful frequency.

    I have been wanting a job that I desire for years now.But then still don't "have" that job. 🤷🏿‍♂️
    I have been trying to bridge the gap between what I want and where I am. I have been feeling, tasting and imagined the kind of job I want. But it is not manifested.
    In other words, I still don't have the job I really want. The thought of not being close to the job I want now makes me feel hopeless. And the conditions of where I am worsen from a body- feel perspective.
    If feeling good was all it took to pay my bills and buy groceries. I would have no problem doing that all day long. But this is not so 🤷🏿‍♂️
