Dear Sergio, everyone who went to see the Swan Lake or is planning to go, should´ve watched your posts also. It is not only about to go to a ballet performance and see just the cherry on top. It must be seen as a complex with all that hard work put into preparations. Awareness, how much concentration, renunciation, physical pain together with love for movement and for the art itself is necessary, puts the whole performance into a different perspective. Yesterday´s performance will be kept as one of the most memorable and beautiful experience in my life. Everything was just superb - your energy and technique, Sawa´s fragility and seductiveness simultaneously, the interplay and performances of all these beautiful dancers, performance of the Philharmonic, the minimalistic theatre scenery with beautiful lighting which said it all and didn´t disturb the whole choreography, the costumes,.. I could go on and on. Be proud of the impact, your work has on the audience. I thank you for that.
@@AndreaPagacova-tn5pi wow! Thank you so much for this message, and actually next video will be about that performance yesterday! From the inside it was very emotional and we could feel the audience very close to us. I think is important for people to see what’s behind the scenes and share the passion, beauty and stories that the art form of ballet has to offer. Thank you so much again for that beautiful message. It means the world to me.
So interesting to hear how you approached the role. I love your honesty. I think on opening night, once you have transformed yourself into the prince, Tchaikovsky's music will have taken you forward into the role. Congratulations.
