I have been playing cb for some time now and i wanted to quit it sooo many times but nobus awesome content creation will Always make me play more. Love your videos keep it up!!!
Yeah same. And go back to grinding cool unit you saw and dont have doing unit challnges from scratch and leveling them all the way to max level by grinding expeditions for a week non stop, getting bored of said unit and repeating the cycle.
Nice video! One idea for a future one: I see that when most of CB content creators make units tier lists, they always only consider the full leveled & full mastered versions of them. However, many times when new / returning players try what they heard were "S tier units", they (we) find out that the base versions suck, requiring hundreds of hours grinding just to make them useful. It would be nice to have a list of recommend units that are worth even when not fully unlocked. Because if one unit is 9/10 when fully mastered but 4/10 at base form, and another one is 7/10 always, maybe the first one is better for seasoned players with plenty of resources, but the second one is better for new players that want something useful right away... Also, the other day you mentioned the horrible grind required to level units, but you did not mention the past seasonal units challenges... Playing daily for a month, I've only been able to unlock the pike + 3 blue units + half a purple one... And it was using a new account, with many games being mainly against bots. So that speed was the "easy mode"...
Vs bots you unlock evrything easy. And past seasonal units are not so much worth unlocking nowadays. Usually when i do tier lists i do say "this is good full mastery ,this is not" but a lot of time people don't listen or skip to the end so it is what it is.
@@DuckyNobu well, the thing is that you don't unlock "everything" easy. You unlock "just the few things you focus on until you reach level 200 and you start to be stomped by lv2000 players" ... And regarding the non full mastery units. Yeah, I know you many times you mention it, but not always. And many other people don't either. I said it because in this video you say that the IPGs without march are useless. And that reminded me about how many times and how many people recommend them... But when I try them they get destroyed soooo easily (maybe is that I might not use them correctly, though, IDK).
@@silverfire222 Sadly there aren't many CB creators left that actually explain or do tier lists. I don't know any actually beside maybe plumsiel but he doesn't play that much as ever and i can understand him. And tier lists im probably the last one to create them as i did last season and will do again. Most CB creators are pure montages or gameplay ranked it's usually the same. I do get your point and i usually do say a lot about a unit when i REVIEW it like i did in my last video or in my tier lists. Always sayng what they good for or how hard they are to play. About IPG they good only in advance yeah but no one said they easy to play.
@@silverfire222 IPG are rly only useful in their advance. Whether they are mastered or not their advance is still very strong. However, masteried IPGs can be insanely good if you take the time to get them because their third skill reduces the cooldown by a lot if used correctly. IPGS are very weak when their advance is on cooldown but for many higher level players it is very worth it because of high insanely useful their advance is in big blobs and against cav. Regarding not being able to get too many units, if you're a new player u should be well on ur way to getting the free gold unit (u should get reapers), amongst many other progressive things. I know the progression is bad because i was ftp for a long time until recently but its a given with a game like this with devs like them. Also, it seems u make the classic mistake of switching between different seasons before getting the better units. Pick a good season (last season is quite good) and slowly make ur way through the challenges. It should take about a month to get the gold unit because thats the way it was designed. Some challenges (240 unit kills) (100 unit kills) will be a lot easier either with a group or in blue lock which is at the start of every season. Hope that helps.
@@zenzeus4351 Thank you for the advice! Maybe IPG do not need full mastery, but veterancy... They are like paper without it. Regarding the seasons, I started with season VIII to get the pike (love it), and got the monks as a side effect (not using them, I disbanded it to get the barrack slot). Then, I started the XIX and got the Feather Crossbows and made progress with Wuwei, but then the season ended and I thought, "well, I could unlock another blue unit for the blue tier meta, and after it get the Wuwei, as having them would be useless right now". And so, I unlocked Sons of Fenrir. Now I´m again making progres with the Wuwei. About unit tree units, I have full mastery mace seargents, rattan crossbows, pike militia and almost scout cavalry. Currently working on leveling men at arms and blue halberds. I have the reapers unlocked, but I haven´t created them, as I cannot use them yet. Apart from that, I have lv13 IPG, lv12 ISG, and lv9 palace guards. Next honour buy, I doubt between kriegsrats, dagger axe cav, imperial archers or imperial javs. I don´t know... I think I did not make a lot of bad decissions regarding progress, but I can´t help feeling quite weak against everyone that is not a bot... (technically, I am not a new player, but a returning one, as I played for half a year when the game came out, maining longbow xD. But I decided to start in a new server again with a fresh character)
Onnamushas have a skin but it's only ranked rewards, I really want to play ranked but it's 5 min waits in my play time and with a clear 50/50 victory chance I don't feel the value
When there is a big fight try to stay back and snipe heroes, after that either go back to reload or if ur team needs help f1 to the edge of the battle and shield bash for insane dmg. They are my favourite unit and i get insane ammount of kills with them.

@@arameister_ thanks bro that helps alot. What path on vet line did you take ?
Javs popularity was brought back when they added masteries, this season though, I don't know if it's because they got nerfed either directly or by proxy, but my maxed imp javs don't do nearly the same damage as before
Sry didn't get youtube notification from your answer. I max out both the top vet lines and then spent the remaining on the bottom. Also make sure to use a rare javelin doctrine to get one more javelin throw from the extra 10% ammo.

I will full Murmoils or Fusiliers, choose one.
Fusiliers are super easy to play.
